Waited 25 mins in drive thru, Only 2 cars. Cold food. No apologies from the staff. Worst experience.

Last time I went the chips were awful but the rest of the meal was fine decent service and nice place to visit.

Situated within the minto food precinct, this chain restaurant has on-site parking, dine in and dive through facilities. Great ambient and extraordinary customer service makes this restaurant exceptional. Definitely going back and recommending.

Went there 9.1.23. Air conditioning not working and stifling in the store. Noone else was in the store and the only man in there reluctantly came and took out order. Couldn't understand English too well and stuffed up the order so another man came over and re took our order.The floor was dirty there were no napkins just a roll of hand towel next to an overflowing bin.Chicken was tough def not Oporto normal standard.Then as I was leaving went to go the toilet and omg they were putrid with paper on floors and stained bowls...needless to say I didn't go...this is a relatively new store and it's done nothing but decline since it opened...its dirty and I won't go back...

Every bite was a flavor explosion thanks to the distinctive Portuguese-style bun. It was truly a feast for the senses, served with their famous spicy rice and perfectly seasoned chips on the side.The focus on quality and attention to detail were what most impressed me. I’ll start by saying I’ve generally had pleasant experiences of a range of Oporto outlets over several years. Unfortunately, this particular Oporto is now well below par.First, nowadays they have turned the public toilet into a staff toilet and when you ask they say go to KFC. (Hmm ok so you want me to buy your food but use a competitor’s amenities? Pathetic).Stood at counter, two kids (barely legal working age) were fumbling around, trying to correct their mistakes with a fellow customer’s order. One kid then turned his back and chose not to serve me. Eventually served by the other one. After using the said competitor’s toilet I returned to witness the two kids hitting each other near the store room. I just stood there and watched on (at this point I regretted ordering in the first place).Finally received order. One item was wrong, plus the bottled coke that they promote on the board is not actually available ( misleading much) and instead what you get is a flat brown liquid that certainly doesn’t taste like coke.

Ordered a triple Bondi with chilli payed for a triple Bondi with chilli and got a double with no chilli not the first time this has happened from this shop. $19 is a lot for one meal and to get it this wrong is just silly. Didn’t find out until I got home and not driving the 20min to go back. What is a Bondi burger with no chilli??? A boring burger.What did I pay for then??????????????Oh well fool me twice and I don’t return. Good luck ripping people off.

Excellent burgers, with chips and drinks if you desire. Just a little slow to deliver the orders during the busy lunch period.

They have good options in chicken and serves enough quantity. If you are after half plate chicken then you get choice to decide two sides.They do have a vegan burger
