Great Design process, poor customer service following, however. Cost of variations very high and Ecoliv refused to itemise the cost of variations. Ecoliv also refused to supply contract details until all the options were chosen.At final contract there were additional charges never discussed and the 20% uplift in their transport clause I believe to be unreasonable.We stopped the process at this stage after spending a lot of time and money with Ecoliv.If you like their standard design and want no variations then Ecoliv may be the builder of choice.

My first visit great service so far

Had an order of windows arrive damaged which they wanted to take no responsibility for. Took me 18 months to get refund enforced through court.

Fantastic Product. Used it on 3 houses and the double-corrugated system provides amazing roof spans which really open up the inside of the building.

I accidentally broke a friends retro flask which needed repairing instead of replacement for sentimental reasons. Paul at Paragon Plastics understood and was very helpful and accommodating with its restoration including a super speedy turnaround. I was so happy to be able to return it to my friend fixed so she can continue to treasure it. Thank you Paul!

Well what a journey it's been.From day one everyone at Southern Built Homes have been amazing.It was challenging for me as I was going from a 4x2 to a 2x1 granny flat. Great company to work with and nothing is ever too much trouble. We misplaced the window lock keys 18 months after completion and Simon came out to test and replace keys at no cost. Would highly recommend Classic Cabins to anyone looking to build
