Straightforward, efficient and quick turn around on securing the sale. Stephen has been very approachable since the property got listed - always preferred to have direct conversation as opposed to email and text messaging which we truly appreciated.We have been searching for sometime, getting discouraged with properties being sold at auction so when Stephen's property got listed as private treaty he wasted no time in assisting us by arranging a private inspection the day after its first open home and following it up with securing the purchase at a reasonable price.He also assisted with a follow up inspection to assist with our planning for interior renovations and communicating to the owner for other matters regarding the maintenance.Stephen and the team have been exceptional and efficient at a time when most properties have been advertised for auction - we really appreciate their time and effort in guiding us and securing this future home.
