It took me quite some time and the right GP to give me a referral here, but it was worth it. I've had such good support and guidance that I've stuck with it and kept working on my issues.Even when it's seemed like one step forward, two steps back, my therapist has supported me. In my experience, if I didn't have this support I would not have survived the public mental health system.

Extremely difficult to contact and unprofessional. Also if there is an issue with your Medicare claim due to them saying you had a valid referral, which wasn't they say it's out of their hands. Worst medical centre I've ever dealt with, but what else should I expect from a corporate practice?

Thank you Neurocare for helping my 9 year old son! It is a team effort but definitely braintraining with Neurocare helped my son enormously and we hope that my son capitalises on his trianing! Helping a child in primary years is so critical I could not have done without this timely assistance from Neurocare team, particularly with home based training, it required specially trained program manager to achieve optimal results! Thank you once again!

I brought my elderly mum in to see Dr Donohue today, she was a bit anxious but the staff were lovely with her which helped immensely. Zoe was very kind and understanding. Dr Chris was great as usual, even when mum launched herself at him for a hug! Thank you for being very professional and welcoming.

DO NOT GO HERE! Dodgy as anything. Seems as if the only way to get their attention is via a bad review.I've had nothing but trouble, pushy reception, the doctor mixing up patients, taking personal call and delivery during an expensive appointment THEN sending my GP a report with the wrong patient details and information about the patient for half the report. Who knows who has my details. They had the gall to request a follow-up appointment. Have sent emails and my GP has attempted to contact them multiple times with no success.I posted a previous negative review, received a call from the manager and sorted out the issues promptly.

Good day to all.When I arrived at Dr Sharma's suites I was mis-diagnosed and overly medicated, practically a zombie. Over the past 18 months Dr Sharma and I have brought *my* meds back to an acceptable level...ZERO.Not to forget Subani either, in her own little way she too has had an effect with me.I can't express fully how much I appreciate and value being introduced to this dynamic duo, I am sure though I would still be in that induced rut I couldn't escape.Thank You both, Sujit in particular.

I have been seeing Dr Fleisch for several years. I have had seen many different psychiatrists throughout my life and I’m absolutely over the moon happy he has helped me through my journey with my mental Heath battles. I always feel comfortable with him and thank him very much for getting me to a point in my life I thought I would never reach. I’m achieving my goals on the correct medication and know he’s a Doctor I can trust in when in the past I’ve been let down by many others. He’s improved my life greatly and I highly recommend him to anyone who feels they need someone who’s dedicated, professional and personable. I don’t know where I would be if I wasn’t referred to him in 2012. He has truly helped me and I’m most grateful for what he’s done to improve my mental Heath and support me throughout the years.

Dr Nic Serpesedes is an absolute legend! Been going here for a few months now and he has helped me a lot! I highly recommend him!

Dr Peralta was I thought a great psychiatrist and we really got along. One session he made me feel very upset and uncomfortable a couple years back as I was running late and said he was very busy and had back to back appointments which I totally understood, however I explained that I would be 5-10 minutes late over the phone to the receptionist which was clearly not communicated. After he upset me my consult didn’t even go for 15 minutes when it was meant to go for 30. So although I was 5-10 minutes late, the consult didn’t even go for the 30 minutes.I had been prescribed clonazepam by him at the time for mood and anxiety for over 2 years and after I complained I was unable to see him or another psychiatrist at that facility. I was left in a horrific benzodiazepine withdrawal which debilitated me with absolutely no help. Would not recommend.
