Recovery and Massage Centre
Great value for money! Me and a friend regularly come down and enjoy an hour in the sauna followed by an hour in the contrast pool. The service is always excellent. The facility is well designed and comfortable. There isn’t a service that’s worthwhile that they don’t offer! I only wish I had more time to enjoy them all.

One of the most relaxing experiences I’ve had in a long time, me and my partner went for a Turkish sauna it’s was very relaxing. we got to have a privet sauna to our selves with a authentic design witch made me feel like I was overseas in a Turkish bath house the owner is very friendly, accommodating and informative. A side note, highly recommended drinking the hand crafted tea was a nice touch it completed the experience and made me feel so relaxed before and after .

Amara Wellness Centre
This was such a pleasant experience at Amara Wellness. Dr Zara is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, generous and accomodating. She squeezed me into her busy schedule with hardly any notice, and I was made to feel so welcome at the practice. I’ve noticed immediate results since my treatment, and are looking forward to coming back! Thank you again, Zara!

Hot springs bathing area
Unbelievably clear water. Perfect water temperature. One of the most peaceful places I've ever swam and snorkeled. Keep an eye out for the wildlife in the area. We spotted some turtles.

I've been twice now and had great experiences both times. The decor is beautiful, and the rooms are nice and dark, and quiet. Amelie gave a super relaxing facial and massage and was very gentle. I've also had a pedicure which was really great value and the chair was so comfy. The included tea and snack is such a nice touch. I will definitely be back!

This is a sweet spot for a good swim and has all the amenities one needs to simply have a good time. Facilities are available as all *Unisex*, so no embarrassing situations could occur. All amenities are accessible for people with disabilities. Even a soft sloping, safe ramp leads directly into the water for wheelchair users.However, we “found” a quite defensive “Blue Swimmer Crab”. What a nature’s surprise!

Had my first remedial massage yesterday from Leanne and could not be happier with the service she provided. She took the time to assess and identify the areas where I was experiencing problems without feeling ‘rushed’ and discussed my concerns. Will definitely be a return patient!
