I needed my headlight globes changed and was a little untrusting after my previous experience with another business. As soon as I walked into autopro I was greeted by a lovely man named Seth who was willing to go above and beyond to help me. I went there to buy a uhf radio I was looking for a particular one for its size with a mic that you didn’t have to use all the functions on that day I could not see it and was more focused on its size as where I wanted to put it was limited space .Anyway today was fitting day and I had spoken to the salesman about where I wanted it fit I spoke to 2 people about where it should go. Not thinking about the mic. I receive a phone call about the Ariel . So sorted that. I went and picked up my car thinking they didn’t hang the mic just left it lying and I couldn’t see the radio. When I arrived back at work I had a good look still couldn’t see the radio. So I rang them about that and was told it was hidden .I asked why they didn’t put it where I asked. They told me the installer did it . There was absolutely no communication about that and I mentioned the mic had all the controllers on it that’s not what I had wanted. I don’t want to be driving around trying to change channels etc they dropping the mic which may go anywhere even under my feet as the cable is that long. The response I got was he didn’t fit the mic as he didn’t want to put holes anywhere.I am not so stupid to realise they may have to put a couple of holes in. But like I said absolutely no communication. Then I was told it’s easy enough to change it bring the car back. I wasn’t prepared to do that as the day before I had driven 500 plus klms and am so tired. That doesn’t solve the problem. If they had rung and asked me before doing the work it would have been a better outcome if people had actually listened to my wants then I would have been grateful now I am left thinking what do I do. Take the car back get it removed put in the radio with a plain mic or just get them to take it all out and give me back my money and I’ll go else where. Really poor service from this company

Well that was an experience, I know people are on edge with the pandemic, but as someone with a medical condition with an exception I was refused service and was told to leave, we have medical exemptions for a reason... can safely say they have definitely lost a customer who visits that store very often!!

I have been going to Sam and his team for many years but this review is long overdue. Sam and the team I can’t thank you enough. No way in hell would i dream about going anywhere else . Just for the record I would like to add that some cheap tyre places use fake parallel imports to sell tyres cheap. These are branded normally but usually made in china. Under no circumstance would St George tyres ever do this . Sam is far to professional and honest to ever deceive a customer. Unfortunately I can’t say the same about the whole industry. My genuine and sincere advice is to go a see Sam and the team and they will sort everything out for you . A huge thank you . Andrew

Decided to change my exhaust and put a cold air intake on my M3 G80. Great expertise and a lot of time and dedication they spent to help me decide the best solution. As they do mainly racing they have a wealth of knowledge.

I got the best customer service from Blake today he was so helpful, this is a top business with great staff.

Pretty good price. Bought a Tyre puncture repair kit, cheap item but works well, had a nail on Tyre, repaired with this kit, cost me only $8. If taken to auto center, the lowest price for puncture repair is $40. Simple great tool, Tyre works as new. Couldn't find a air filter and headlight globe that fits my car, they need upgrade the their stock, not just stick with old parts.

Highly recommend the team at NJCLSX, extremely helpful, fast turn around and massive range of stock on hand. Looking forward to the next order. Cheers guys!
