Terrible. Lazy, rude, don't clean up mess, lack of maintenance on pumps lots of down time and don't blow the shotcrete lines out properly.

Un-professional company.We sought a quote from Ducon and had a lengthy on site visit by project manager Tom Robertson.After 1 month waiting for the quote, nothing. 6 weeks still nothing.We emailed then phoned and SMS'd Tom and never got 1 reply.We then contacted Ducon head office in Clayton and still no returned emails or calls.If they didn't want to supply a quote, thats fine, but have the decency to tell the client. But then to dodge and ignore your enquires, tells you what sort of company this is.Don't waste your precious time with this unprofessional company.

Driver of YEW455 should do a Safety drive course.It has no idea.Not good advertising...
