Rainwater tank supplier

Traveling through Tasmania in our motorhome when the house water pump decided to give up. Near closing time but they suggested they would come in on the next day (sat) not a normal working day,so they could get us on our way. Both husband and wife extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Our first experience with Territory Tanks was many years ago when we purchased some tank garden beds, which still look brand new today. They were again recommended to us by our builder a couple of years ago when we installed a rain water tank. We recently had them back for some routine maintenance and each time we have found their service to be timely, professional and very friendly. They turned up when they said they would and provided us with easy to understand explanations of how the tank operates. We would definitely recommend this business and will use them again in the future.

Jordan is an experienced plumber, fast and reliable. Not very plumber uses stainless steel screws and colour coordinated rivets, good job!

Worst experience!KML did a a $4000 job, were paid within days of completion. Found two faulty items within the week and a discrepancy in the invoice. Ken came out acknowledged the defaults and the over charge. Got super angry because he didn't have time to deal with this.KML ended up taking three months to have the faulty items replaced and this was only after putting a complaint in to QBCC.In late January found out the items were purchased through tradelink spoke to them directly who approved the replacement items within days.The initial job was completed in November faulty items finally replaced in February and a small refund for the overcharge finally made after still trying to refund less than appropriate.If you have an issue don't wait put a complaint into QBCC straight away as it seems KML will not do the right thing on their own.

I purchased my mist green 13,638 liter tank in 2010... on the plus side it's still standing and holds water ! To start from the beginning..... when delivered it had a crease in the middle of the base (from being strapped to the truck) the driver assured me it would flatten out once filled with water- that was a lie as the crease is still there and is probably a weak point now. The spot where the tap goes into the tank is curved and I suspect it is also part of the reason it now leaks at that connection. The top of the tank has faded badly so I recently spray painted it and it seems to be lasting ok so far. Just had another look and l noticed the areas l didn't paint have now faded.

Order #10315 I have emailed this company twice to find out the status of my masks. Ordered back on the 19th July. I understand there can be a delay however approaching 4 weeks and no correspondence at all I dont think is acceptable. I have tried to support this business as they are produced locally however the customer services has been shocking. Please advise where my masks are. Thank you.
