We engaged Paul and Danuta to sell our horse property in 2019-2020. They came highly recommended from friends and have not disappointed. They are extremely professional, positive, friendly and honest, and the tag team approach they take is very effective. In a tricky market they've gone the extra mile to sell our property for the price we wanted. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an agent, whether buying or selling.

If i could give this discussting excuse of a real estate a zero I would give them one big FAT ZERO!!! MANAGEMENT is extremely rude!! When i rented through here with 2 of my friends we were always somehow 3 weeks behind when we would all go in and pay our rent and extra on top and some how STILL BEHIND!! I SWEAR SOMEONE IN THIS PLACE TAKES YOUR MONEY AND JUST SAYING YOU HAVENT COME IN TO PAY YOUR RENT! ID RATHER LIVE ON THE STREET THEN RENT WITH LATROBE PROPERTIES!!!

Emily, Mel, and Matt, and once upon a time, Leonie too before she left, are brilliant. The team at Monaghans gave me my first proper rental home over ten years ago now, and I haven't looked back. Recently had to move due to the owner having issues fixing the property I live at, and Emily went above and far beyond the call of duty, to help me and my little family find a new home before it was too late. I've never called an agent before saying, i need a house! And had them call me back within 2hrs and offer a property before now.I'll be sad to say goodbye to Monaghans, and hope to be back with them in future, if/when it's needed.MANY THANKS!! YOU GUYS HAVE BEEN FABULOUS!!!**UPDATE** I am currently RE-searching for a home via Monaghans, and have to say that yet again they are being wonderful, professional, kind and highly accommodating. I have to say that the prospect of renting through them again is quite exciting. :)
