Reclamation centre

This is an important facility and can be busy at times. It is well organised and disposal points for different items are prominently marked. It does help throughput if visitors do a little pre-sorting before they arrive. The main point of this post is to comment on the staff and recent negative comments. I visited the centre on Tuesday of this week and found the staff member on duty to be very efficient and helpful. He greeted me cordially, reviewed my load, directed me to the appropriate bins and even provided me with a trolley for the heavier items. Well done and thankyou.

Power and water $20, nice drive through sites on a gravel base. Clean showers and toilets in the club rooms. Oval and playground for the kids. Nice and quiet. Still developing the sites but a great stop over for a night or a few days.

I found this place by pure chance, i was searching for an item in a buy nothing group when the owner reached out with said item. When i went to collect the item i was really impressed with the set up. They have great vintage furniture and salvaged upcycled pieces which they either repair restore or refurbish.After chatting I ended up getting a quote for an old buffet/dresser from home to be updated. The owner frances understood my style exactly, she made some suggestions with prices and after i decided she gave me a timeframe and i had to pay costs only upfront and the remainder on completion.Her cheeky puppy was a delightful ball of energy.I dropped off the buffet a week later and she gave me updates the whole way through.Buffet was completed on time and delivered to my home. I was blown away with the outcome and so glad i updated my old piece instead of purchasing a new one. Ive received so many compliments on it.These guys are great their vision is about reducing waste and recycling and re-loving salvaged items.I never write reviews but i was so happy with the result and i highly recommend Redefined Junk, Thanks GuysMaria Sortino

Stayed at the caravan park with a group vintage caravans. Nice, quiet, well kept park still in it's infancy. A lovely lady from the shire came and gave us goodie bags as it was an organised event, such a nice community touch. Only downfall was it shares the ablutions with the sporting ground so shared showers for the men, no individual cubicles. Lovely little town.

Great place to buy retro products the lady there is amazing the work she dose to the items look great not only that go out of her way to find what your looking for if you require a certain item I was amazed in the range of items she had on display to the point I found a trucking magazine dating back to 2007 that had what I was looking forThe lays is wonderful and very helpfulThank you for your time while I was there

The centre is very clean and tidy, staff was very helpful.

Easy to navigate, drop off & drive out. Friendly service, bonus that they are also open on Saturday's and Sunday's! Thank you.

What a great idea! We just recently painted our home and don’t know what to do with the leftover paints. Have read a lot about how the paint can pollute the environment. To be able to recycle the paint and small appliances are great.Staffs are also very friendly and knowledgeable, this place is also very well maintained and clean.

Went there for the first time today. The guy was quite rude and expected me to know all the processes and where to put things in. I strongly think that he needs some Customer Service training. My experience was below par which is unfortunate considering this is a great facility to dispose your electronic goods responsibly. I hope the council takes some action to help this guy improve his skill.
