A recording/rehearsal studio tucked away on a main drag like Sydney road in Falkner can be difficult. But that is exactly what this studio has achieved. Comfortable, quiet and plenty of space. I look forward to future writing/jamming/recording sessions here. Also, there's quite a few fast food joints and a coles near by. Impressed.

I originally pre-ordered a vinyl back in September with the understanding it would be released (and subsequently shipped out) on the 9th of October. The release date came and went with 0 notifications that it had either A) Been shipped or B) the shipment hadn't arrived at their warehouse, and so it would be delayed. I attempted to contact them, first with an Email (which was never responded to) and second with a phone call, only to find out the number on the website doesn't work. Thankfully it only took 2 weeks after release to be informed that the item was shipped, and it arrived a week later (thankfully it was the correct item). I believe the issue was that the shipment hadn't arrived on their end, because up until I got the shipping confirmation it was still listed as pre-order" on the site. The experience was frustrating

If I could give 0 stars I would, I placed an order for a plushie, two key rings and an Album, I received one key ring, the plushie and the album but I was missing a key ring. i have tried reaching out via calls and email, with no answer or response for over a month.

Working at Spare Second Recording is always an absolute blast. The chief engineer Lachy has the experience, knowledge, and skills to bring your vision to life in a supportive environment. I could not recommend this place more.I met Lachy while working on my album last year and now he has become a mentor as I continue to create music.Even if you don’t know other instrumentalists who can play on your tracks Lachy can hook you up with the best, and he himself is a talented musician so he really knows what he’s talking about. He’s created a community at Spare Second which is a joy to be a part of.

As usual, we thoroughly enjoyed the awesome show put on by Empire Studios. So far we have had nothing but 5 Star entertainment laid on by Paul.

I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased my son's birthday presents from Warner Music Australia thinking they would be a reputable and reliable company to deal with. Terrible online service with no communication on delivery times (or should I say 'non delivery' times). I am very disappointed in this experience and that I am the one to have to chase up my order. I wonder if anyone in the company looks or cares about these reviews?
