Going into any op shop is like treasure hunting sometime you just find that unique thing that seems useless at first but then realise it existed. Though in honesty they usually sell things for the specific seasons but usually has things you need and maybe want.

Ability Containers for Change
Count your containers before coming here.Been here twice and both times they counted my containers short.First time 20 short, second time 8.On the plus side - otherwise I would rate 3 stars or less - proceeds go towards charity.Also quick service; maybe a little too quick.Message to staff: learn how to count!

Cleanaway Welland Waste & Recycling Depot
$61 for a 7x4 flat green waste only trailer double what I normally pay! 1 person counting cans as slow as a 2 year old. Understaffed and not a care in the world. Man who served me was to busy getting the stray cats to come into the office to eat and sitting down than helping get the work done. Won't be be back

Good Sammy Butler Op Shop & Containers For Change
As soon as my partner and I walked through the door w our 2 children aged under 5 we were greeted w a stern ‘supervise your children’ comment l, no hello whatsoever. We didn’t feel welcome, and felt we were being monitored. It set the tone of our experience there. We got a sense that they must’ve had a/some bad experiences w kids/families before, I don’t feel it’s fair we should all be painted w the same brush. Staff would do well in some customer service training.
