Research institute

I made donation for 5 or 6 months, then call them in April 2017 to stop donation due to income changes. I promised that I would donate again when my condition gets better. But my money got deducted from account today on 13/05/17 on Saturday. Can you believe this? They got my money on Saturday when bank even doesn't work. I do not believe HRI, I won't donate to this institute again.

Practice manager (Jennifer) and reception at this clinic are completely incompetent. I waited 3 months to be given the correct script. I was told they would call me back and they would never call me. After a week or 2 passed and I hadn’t received a call I would ring them and they would have no idea what’s going on and you have to start again. This went on for 3 months. Because of them I was almost started on a medication that would have resulted in serious complications because they can’t pass on a simple message to the doctor. The practice manager Jennifer was completely useless as were the reception staff. They finally passed me onto my doctor who also had no idea this had been happening with one of her patients. She had no idea I hadn’t received or started any medication for 3 months after my initial appointment. (reception was very much aware of this issue) Avoid this place at all costs. Complete waste of your time and your money.

****This is in regards to their district nursing service**** I am editing this review & upgrading from 1 star to 4. One of the nurses explained to me its up to the GP to make referrals etc, so it was his lack of follow up that was the problem. She was lovely to talk to & explained alot of things to me which makes a nice change. They have done the best they can for my mum now its time for the other services to step up & do their bit instead of expecting the family to do it all. Thank you Allana!As for the call centre, there has been some issues with communications, msgs not always been passed on etc. They won't speak to the carers at the home my mum lives in for 'privacy reasons' which is ridiculous really. I did make a complaint about those things & it seems things have improved since then though.

I worked with artist Peter Alwast to design the 2 geodesic spheres hanging off this building. There are 3 different nodes that allow the struts to join together and allow the lighting cables to run inside the tube.They look great and the veiw from the balconies that they hang over is quite spectacular. I felt the lighting let it down and I have come up with better ideas to make it even more effective.

the abandoned part of the hospital is amazing, i would highly recommend going there if u ever get the chance to, just be careful because there aren't any floorboards and i fell through the floor from the second story one time.
