Rock Solid Retaining Walls
Michael and his team at Rock Solid Retaining Walls did a great project for me installing a retaining wall, building steps and also fixing some leaking stormwater pipes that he found and replacing the paving afterward. The job was always very neat and tidy and he was really very helpful. I highly recommend.

Sales lady was not interested in helping us because we were not ready to order today. Went in to get ideas for bathroom tiles. Had husband and 2 kids with me. Already had colours in mind and wanted a quote with 3 options. Left us on our own. Had to beg for suggestions and a print of products to consider with prices. Excuse was given, ‘sorry love we’re just really busy today’. Not good enough! Give us the time of day or we’ll buy somewhere else.

Lee and his team are like a well oiled machine. Lee organised my quote for a fence replacement and plinth install, which had a 3-4 months waiting period (worth it). He nailed the date to a tee, no delays, no supply issues, no excuses made at all. His communication skills through text and email were great and the various payment methods available show Lee is up with the times. I am extremely happy with my fence, thanks Lee and team!

As a tradesperson finding great prices is equally as important as friendly and capable sales teams who can keep their word. Qpro provides both with staff going above and beyond to satisfy my customers. Ordered sleepers one day and they could have been delivered the next! The turnaround was so fast we weren't ready. After so many companies who just didn't cut it on customer relations I'm glad to have found qpro and won't be going anywhere else.
