Amazing great staff loved it

I was supplied the skates I ordered (Moxi Panthers) but the toe caps that were meant to come with them weren't in the box. I contacted customer service who said they would look into it and I never heard from them again. Disappointing seeing as they advertised a complete product and supplied an incomplete product.

Niagara Park Roller Fit is excellent. Great teachers and friendly skaters. Highly recommend you to get your skates on and join in the fun!!

A great Friday night skating party for tweens. They had a ball. Super good value and such an easy party.

i am not about being negative however my skate friends and I buy from various skating companies and we pretty much keep a rooster of the overall experience from the moment we hit order on the website and process up until the delivery moment. Keep in mind I am international so it is expected for orders to be delayed plus with covid restrictions. It has been 4 days since ordering and only got 2 emails since, the receipt and confirmation. I am hoping they have the product i ordered as they are no longer sold in US...expensive but worth it,, that is if they have them. I just hoped for a little more transparency .....I hope they prove my assumption wrong...

I hadn't ever been to this shop before and had nothing but good things to say about this clothing store - Until i was needing to return a pair of shoes i purchased for my daughter - They refused to refund or exchange the shoes (as they said they had been worn & had a mark on the shoes) I informed them she had only tried them on inside never outside - As they were too small and didn't fit - Mind you i still had the receipt and they were in the orginal packaging and are Brand New Shoes!!!! Even have the PHOTOS where you can clearly see - The staff or might have been the owners who i dealt with - Were rude, abrupt and couldn't care less about me returning them - I will definitely not be recommending this store too anyone again - Which is a real shame being a small place like Launceston, as i did love the look and style of this store.

Great club - my daughter is loving speed skating more and more, and the club has great coaches and team who are friendly, helpful, and simply want the kids (and adults) to succeed and at the same time have fun!

Absolutely recommend The Skate Studio - from beginner skaters to people looking to further develop there skills, Vic has you covered ! Her calm and encouraging approach to coaching is perfect for all age groups and skating levels as demonstrated in her classes. There is such a welcoming and community feel in these classes which makes all those nerves disappear! cant wait to go back !!
