We are travelling with our car and caravan. Our hot water system was leaking as well as the flick-mixer tap in the ensuite. They fitted us in straight away. Had wonderful customer service and were very professional. No more leaks. Thank you

Have used yourselves several times for cavas repairs on My camper trailer Very satisfied each occasion great jobs. Went Friday 17 Feb around 4pm to seek advice on a tyre rubbish bag repair. The guy there took it from me had it restitched he’d and returned within a few minutes . Would not take any payment A great client service and he is a great ambassador for the company use yourselves again. You bloody betchya. Thanks heaps Michael Cain

21 March 2023 booked in for warranty assessment, 17 April 2023 booked in for repair work. I’d also booked in for several upgrades. Had to take caravan in 3 times to have work that I’d requested way back in March. I was promised that all the work I’d requested could get done but when I’d picked the van up the first time several things were not done and I was told to take the van here and there and everywhere (other suppliers) “because we don’t do that here” - Well SAY SO IN THE FIRST PLACE …nothing worse than being promised things that don’t get delivered.Total lack of communication BETWEEN the staff - which was thrown somehow back onto me - after having to reexplain my requests each time I dropped the van off. This happened several times over several matters. I’d also be told one thing by one staff member and yet another thing by others. Very confusing company to work with. After several times confronting them over what I had requested, what they had promised /said etc ….I was rudely told that dealing with me was an issue and go seek another service repairer.If businesses tell you one thing THEY NEED TO STICK to that. If they cannot do the work - DON’T say they can one minute then tell you to go somewhere else because they don’t do that type of work the next minute. Don’t say installation is included in the price then send an invoice with no installation included (this is more or less changing their minds without informing customer).After the dilemmas I went thru dealing with this business - I didn’t need to be RUDELY told to find another service agent because I had all intentions of doing so anyway.

We have been using your company for approximately three years & recently we had 3 cars off the road due to service issues in that nothing had been brought to our attention.We sent photos of our van in which your company has serviced every service; after we had another issue with an engine light come on follow a service completed by mobile auto care we decided to engaged another company in which found some further issues photos attached:New issues:Filter not replace or cleanedBelts not reports or brought to the attention of company owner Timing belt over duePrevious issues:1. Replacement of faulty alternator leading to 2 tows at our cost.2. Replacement of 2 brand new batteries and then informed we need to get the car to you just after the alternators where replaced also at our cost.3. Work car off the road for over a month.4. Worker crashing 1 of our cars into a trailer & still no repairs have been completed or follow up this was over 5 months ago.5. Replacement of a turbo in which was a tuning issue which we found out through talking to another trade having a similar issue we were out of pocket over 4.5k for a $130 tune at Toyotas. We then had to organise of our own tows after the car was sent back to us three times hence why we took the car to Toyota's.7. Using trades that do not come when organised.

When I called asking about purchasing a product, they didn't have stock on hand. Aaron took my details to check on availability and got back to me in a couple of hours, could have one in shop the next day. Sure enough Aaron rang when it arrived and I was able to pick it up that day. Helpful staff made the purchase easy. Also happy I got it locally. Thanks.

Terrible workmanship. “Qualified Tradespersons” forgot to put half the nuts back on the wheels. Completely wrecked the braking system on my trailer and caused the wheel bearing to heat up and nearly caused my trailer and vehicle to catch on fire. Be very careful using this company for anything and I would strongly suggest getting a third party to inspect any second hand vans or trailers they are selling after experiencing this.
