Very rude over the phone. Was almost disgusted that I would dare ask for something (wood). Their google rating and reviews seems to run in line with my experience. Wouldn’t use if they were the cheapest in Aus, customer service means a lot too

Situated along the side of our property was a sizable Gum tree that had been neglected by previous owners, resulting in its overgrown state. Recognizing the need for removal, we selected Simpsons Tree Service due to their experience and competitive pricing. The team skillfully executed the task of removing the tree, maneuvering through a narrow space between our house and the neighboring property with utmost care. Their attention to detail was truly commendable. I wholeheartedly endorse their services and would highly recommend them to others.

We are a Veteran Charity that help mainly of our younger veterans from Somalia to Afghanistan. We embarked on a project to build an arena out of treated timber but more importantly use this as a Work Bee". (A project to get these guys and girls doing a task by getting them out of the house and together with fellow veterans). Wade timber does not sell to the public but once I approached them they jumped onto the opportunity and bent over backwards to fill our order and get it delivered. I've been here to buy timber several times and everytime they are very helpful and friendly. Very good prices also which doesn't hurt. Will come here before going to bunnings for all my timber needs.
