School supply store

I hired equipment and an operator from these guys for a wedding. Overall things went reasonably well and we even got some system upgrades we didn't pay for. Inevitably though some things did go wrong. This is totally reasonable and understandable though.Regarding these issues that we had (which were mostly around missed cues and ordered equipment which wasnt provided) I reached out to the company via email on January 28 regarding my wedding on January 22 and it took multiple emails and about 4 months of waiting to get them to reply to me. When they eventually replied they showed an invoice from January 23rd (the day after the wedding) showing a trade discount. With a bit of back and forth they were eventually able to provide me the refund I required. Although I am still a little confused as to why they took so long to get back to me.Overall they are good value and I would recommend you go with them if you are a Wollongong local. However if you are from Sydney or surrounds they aren't the most organised so you may encounter some troubles with deliveries and/or operators.Ideally I would go with 2.5 stars however Google doesn't allow for this. Justification being that technology provided was good value but disorganised practices and poor communication. Also when you consider the parts of the event that the operator we hired got right, it may have been cheaper just to get a friend to do the work so not good value there.

I really appreciate good customer service! I notice both good and bad customer service. Today I didn’t feel like I got either good or bad service or even acknowledged until I interrupted the small talk about so and so taking a break between two team members. There were 3 of us waiting to be served. Walk in, shop is quiet, no eye contact made with team behind counter, not even a, “Hello, won’t be too long,” and finish up what you’re doing. A welcoming environment is important! I work in a customer service role and I can understand both sides of this situation.

Trading hours on weekends is not the same as the times listed. It's Sunday and the store opens at 6am apparently not at 5.15am that is listed. Would of been great to know instead of me waiting outside from 5.10am, nearly 50mins waiting because of wrong information listed...

We love Scoopi. The staff at the stores are so polite and helpful and the slime products are fantastic quality. I took the kids to the cloud slime workshop and they loved it. My only complaint is that it's so far from where we live LOL ... we wish there was a store on the Northern Beaches as we are a bit obsessed with slime!

It was a great experience for the kids as they were able to learn about and use both old toys, and toys they may not have the opportunity to have. The hands experience made it more enjoyable. The presenter Kayla was wonderful and explained things for grade 1 level. Supreme incursion were prompt with their reply and organisation.

This store had the best price for Asics GT 1000 also it was a very quick shipping to Sydney, awesome, thank you.
