Slam Factory Indoor Skatepark | Skate, Scooter BMX Shop | Central Coast
Excellent indoor skatepark. My 10 year old son had a great time on his scooter here for a couple of hours. We didn’t pre-book but there was plenty of availability when we got there late morning. Mix of skaters, scooter riders and bikes here and all seemed to be having a good time. Shop had a good range of gear too.

I visited here a while ago for a tire change. However, I heard that it takes two weeks to change the tire, so the employee suggested to buy the tire tube and replace it myself. I asked the staff again if it was really easy to do it in person. She told me it was easy and I had a hard time dragging my electric scooter home. I've tried changing the tires over and over again, but I can never do this at home. I still can't use the scooter.

Scooter Hut Springwood
Bought my ninebot scooter off scooter hut 3 years ago and now wheel bearing problem and an electrical fault. Called them to ask for service support staff advised out of warranty cannot help you !!! I said it is 3 years old and still worthy of fixing happy to pay. They refused to help. I suggest buying gear off suppliers who back there gear and help customers not this place. Went up the road to i scoot no worries they were helpful and for a 250 bucks back on the road. Will not deal with scooter hut again.

Very good service and delivery the job done on the time frame. The only yhing is sadly they do not work on Saturdays as it'd be easier for people to work M-F from 8 to 17hs. A suggestion could be to have a drop off system before 8am (6 or 7am) and collection a bit after 5pm (say till 6pm). Just feedback. Otherwise they are very honest and good. Thanks guys to keep my motorbike safe!.

Both scooters batteries drained quickly. One made it back just with the very last watt and one of us had to walk (!) 30 minutes back because of a flat battery. The first one was extremely slow due to,the low charge, too. They charged us for 30 minutes only but it was quiet annoying. Even the staff was very polite, and they gave us a huge discount, I would not recommend them.
