Our experience purchasing a secondhand LG refrigerator from this company was excellent. My sincere gratitude to Ram, my helping Lee. He gives excellent customer service, is prompt and competent, and even goes above and above to assist us in getting the merchandise into the car.

Had some issues around the item I purchased online being out of stock and not being notified of that when I called to follow up on the delivery. I chose something else and they gave me a generous discount for the inconvenience. If I wasn’t in desperate need for this item, I wouldn’t have been as frustrated by the situation.

Absolutely disgusting service got a fridge and from day one the seals didn’t seal correctly called multiple times for no one to turn up then once warranty was out of date they all of sudden wanted to come out and wanted to charge $99 to just come out and look after I told them the issue. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE SHOCKING AND WILL BE REPORTED TO FAIR TRADING ETC.

I bought a Chanel bag on the official website, and I can see the details of the most truth bag clearly and carefully, without any deception or concealment. I really like my new bag, and I believe I will choose to buy my next bag in AHLI.

Beware of SCAM-Tec.They will lock in a service or repair only if you provide your credit card details over the phone, this is the first trap.They claim it’s to secure a booking but it’s to ensure they can charge you irrespective of whether they do or DON’T carry out works on your appliance.My experience - Camtec were unable to assist with my air con service, however proceeded to remove a full service fee from my credit card without my knowledge or consent, i then had a battle getting a portion of my money returned many weeks later, the money they withheld was for a call out charge something they didn’t disclose to me during the booking process.Camtec admitted they DID NOT informed me they have call out charges and DID NOT receive consent to charge my credit card nor disclose they were doing so, however will not return the money they took, instead offering to complete the original air con service they previously told me they weren’t able to do?!Avoid Camtec - The family business that admit they misinform their customers and are happy to operate under unethical practices.
