Matthew was a great plumber we used him to fix our toilet and a few taps that were leaking. He picked up the phone quickly and we arranged a time for the next day. He was on time and called ahead of time before the appointment. He cleaned up after the job all in all I was very happy with his honesty, communication and service. I would happily recommend him to others thanks Matthew.

What a delight, same day service which is great as we are on tank water and required work to be done on the pipe. Nick arrived promptly, the tracking app. provided is a great courtesy. The repairs were carried out to our satisfaction. Kimber Plumbing has just gained a new customer. Love to support our local businesses.

tldr; Tunnel Vision did a great job that I was very happy withWe had a drain blockage that was a tricky job as one outlet was underneath paving outside the laundry and the other was 70m or more away hidden under the bricks and bitumen of the new (and old) drive. To complicate things further there was no 'flimsy' (a map of pipes that is meant to be on the Water Corporation site)We had already tried 2 plumbers who both did their best, but neither had the equipment to be able to locate the second outlet, although they did manage to unblock the drain temporarilyFrom Tunnel Vision first Lee came round who didn't have a long enough camera pipe but was determined that he wasn't going away until he'd unblocked it for us and then arranged for Phil to come with a long enough camera and dug up the drive to find the problem (tree roots blocking the outlet where the original installer from years ago hadn't put the cap on properly). He cleared the roots and put in 'up pipes'. Finally he arranged for Brendan to come round to put in covers and redo the paving and left it 'like new' and also so that it would be easily accessible if it ever got blocked againAll three were very professional, worked hard and explained what was going on as they wentIt was a bit pricey, but considering how long they were here and the equipment involved pretty good. They also explained in a detailed letter before they started what their hourly rates were so there were no surprises there.So, all in all very happy

Brandon was incredibly helpful and picked up some other issues. His tips and tricks to help manage things going forward was also really good. I would use the team again for sure.

I rang Matthew and he was able to come out within an hour. I had an old gas heater to be remove and closed off. Matthew did an excellent job and left the site clean. I would highly recommend him for any future work.

Mark (the owner) was very accommodating to our needs. Paul (the operator) is an easy going guy and yet very professional in his work.We had 2 septics, greywater and grease trap emptied and cleaned.We previously had the same servicing with another business but paid an additional $160 with poor service.Great service all round - Highly Recommend.

Issue: Toilet filling to rim and taking several hours to drop. Plumber arrived as instructed. Once on site, the representative requested my wife to flush the toilet that had been blocked. The toilet worked and said everything was fine. He didn't really want to check anything, even the septic tank. We still had the issue days later and arranged for the septic to be pumped. Nothing wrong with the tank. Called to get them to take another look as blocked again, but unable to assist for 4 days. He should have inspected the 2 meters of system pipe to the septic tank while there and we wouldn't be in this situation. Spent more time in vehicle then resolving. Might have found the underlying issue if acted on my wife's request ?
