Fresh food and last bit of hotpot soup making into rice congee was nice but did find a bit salty. Service varies as was told have to order 1 set person regardless if we order extra a la carte, BC last visit we did that and or found too much food as to reduce good wastage do not want to order too much this time, anyway we did as told but later on the manager said it is OK to order just one set which was glad to know. Overall was a decent restaurant with fresh food and soft serve dessert was very nice

We ordered the set menu, it included unlimited vegetable refill, but looks like one of the woman staff looks not happy when we order for more vegetable… Otherwise it is a perfect experience for my birthday dinner. The wagyu is really good, must try it.

Amazing experience. Everything was super fresh, and the best quality. We had a big group and tried all the options. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu! Staff were super friendly and explained everything. Best hotpot I’ve ever had!

Excellent above and beyond service! Catered to special dietary requirements and were very thoughtful. Explained everything very thoroughly and gave tutorials for those who need them. Definitely a great experience, I would highly recommend and will be coming back again!

Very good wagyu beef especially A5, nice atmosphere ! Check out the menu attached, minimum spend per adult is $99.9 for wagyu beef and unlimited refill seasonal vegetables . (Unless they changed menu)

Best shabu shabu restaurant in town! Very authentic shabu restaurant in Sydney.Ponzu and gomadare were both spot on. Fresh veggies and the Wagyu meat was delicious with the ponzu. Finish off with the zosui, Japanese rice soup experience! Highly recommend this place.

The food at Hanasuki is great. The A4 and A5 Wagyu beef are delicious and the shabu shabu soup is quite good. Additionally, the staff are very helpful and they also make a porridge with the leftover soup. I highly recommend people eat here.

Surprisingly great shabu shabu! I didn’t normally prefer shabu shabu, however the quality/freshness of the food here is superb! Great service as well! Highly recommend!

- Ambience 10/10- Service 12/10- Food quality 10/10The broth was divine. Particularly enjoyed the Wagyu beef roll, Wagyu sushi from mystery box, congee and the dessert almond tofu. Thanks Tim for the drinks and the team for the exceptional service. Great shabu shabu experience that will definitely bring us back
