Harry is brilliant - he hand-makes the Ugg boots on-site. I ordered 2 pairs of the canoe slipper type which he didn’t have in stock and they were ready in a couple of days. You can tell Harry is totally dedicated to his craft. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else.

110% Premium quality wool, I swear it's hard to find really good quality wool without getting fake stuff these days. Really friendly service, big range of ugg boots and wool carpets. I think I'll have to get a rug for my partner for Christmas. Thanks guys!

The only existing furier I have found in Australia. Hand made seat covers, apparel, footwear, etc etc etc. Service is brilliant and nothing is too much trouble. Small shop but full of interesting things to look at and buy. Great prices, quality products.

I purchased a pair of EMU Australia boots in May 2023. After wearing them a few times the seams came loose. I rang the store and they requested I send photos of the boots and receipt, I did so and they responded quickly to my message saying they would post another pair. I have received my new pair the morning after I called. Amazing service. Its the only store I have bought UGG boots from over the last 13 years and will continue to do so. Very happy.
