Shrimp farm

This business is in a light industrial area with easy parking. Products are on display on shelves and there are also tanks able to be viewed with all kinds of shrimps etc. Very interesting! It is located in the west of Sydney, a long way from the city, but is worth the trip once to check it out and then use the website to have subsequent orders shipped. Unless you are local, the cost of driving to the shop is going to be more than shipping anyway.

Great shop and lovely customer service with a good range of products and fish. So happy with my order and how quick it was from the moment the order was placed to the couple times i had to ammend my order(to add more things, ha..) Especially stoked with my German Blue Ram WOW! What a beauty so vivid and colorful. My phone camera just doesn't even do this fish enough justice but I tried to get a good shot for people... Just love some of there rock/moss aquascapes too very stunning. Thanks again. I will be a repeat customer and refer my friends.

really good customer service, high quality products and generally really reliable! it’s a long drive, but we’ve visited a few times because we decided this was our favourite fish store. i purchased a betta, puck, from you guys and he’s very happy and very healthy too! (attached photos are of the bettas i purchased from this store!)

having purchased 3rd times here with great exotic plecos. highly recommend for anyone in sydney as a hobbyist to try this store. staff are also helpful. nice

I recently ordered Ambulia and Duckweed from micro aquatic. I placed the order on July 18th and it arrived on 26th a total of 8 days.The order spent 4 days with Aus post before being delivered.The plants had started to go brown by the time I received them. Given the price of shipping I was expecting better packing and lead times.I emailed them about the issue and they were very helpful. They offered me store credit for the full amount plus an additional 10 percent off my next order.

Never had a death on arrival - stressed from transportation as you'd expect, but within 48-72hrs their colour has returned & they are happy and healthy!Once packed, shipped express overnight to your door!The owners are a wealth of knowledge & always happy to spend time helping you understand the needs of the fish or shrimp.I've visited the store in person multiple times & love spending time in the breeding rooms talking to April about the latest ventures & newest projects!Very rare that they don't have what you need - they will order it in especially for you!
