Maybe ok if you are collecting an online purchase ? I went in to see the current scarf collection. They didn’t have stock. I asked about one scarf design on display but the clerk didn’t know the artist and didn’t know the color ways it was offered in. Did not even offer to show me the collection they had in stock - I asked a different way but still got no where. Finally she simply said that it did come in different color ways (duh) but they only had the one on display. And she finally googled around and gave me the artist name. By then I had lost interest since it obviously wasn’t on hand in my colors. This store is quite small nor worth stopping in for a browse in my opinion. I was prepared to purchase a scarf, since I had recently received 40,000$ in insurance claim cash after a burglar took my whole bag and scarf collection in a break in two months ago. I think I’ll just bank that and shops around for lux resale replacements.

My husband and I from Mel and traveled all the way to Syd just to experienced the Hermes Sydney flagship store. Honestly, husband wanted to try his luck to get me my dream bag for our anniversary but we got home no luck. But we was amazed with the services that SA Carol gave us, she showed me my dream bag on the display, as least I had a chance to touch and tried them on so I will know it is for me or not. Plus she didn't force me to buy anything nor spent money on the things that I don't need. She helped me to chose the right things that look good on me and she was very patience, very nice with us. Of course, we definitely recommend Carol for your H experiences and we would go back to Syd store for Carol next time xx

the service was so excellent and detail oriented, i came in with a specific vision and a wonderful employee helped me pick out a fabric that would best suit my needs. not only that, she gave me solid advice on some of my concerns on how to proceed! so friendly and made me feel so welcomed, not at all anxious, coupled with the wide range of beautiful fabrics to choose from. i was a happy camper after my visit today :)

For the most unique, high quality fabrics and exceptional service I highly recommend Tylers fabrics. I have been purchasing my fabrics here for over 20 years and they have never ever disappointed me. As a bridal designer I would say I am extremely particular and can be very fussy as I need to have an eye for detail and quality, but Tylers is hands down one of the best fabrics stores in Australia for exquisite fabrics. I can't speak more highly of this treasure because they have such a high quality product and such a variety. Thank you love you guys!

Matt was so professional in arranging our quote and showing us all the options. Then when it came time for installation it was made so easy. We are thrilled with the outcome and would highly recommend Blinds N Curtains. I read in another feedback that there was initial concern at the lack of a shop front but like this person who was also 5 star satisfied, I can only highly recommend Matt for being so informative every step of the way. One star is for the polite gentleman beside the door, he is very friendly. Another star is for the brand itself. However, the service there is terrible. Some staffs there have very little knowledge about the product. I have to say not every customer is coming here for the Birkin or Kelly, or any other products that need to have 1:1 sell. Better wipe off the arrogance, and stop persuading customers buying useless product, otherwise you are just throwing mud for your own brand.

Customer service is unrivalled. Looked after very well. Didn't end up buying anything this time. I was served by a trainee who was excellent.

Cody has been looking after my wife and I extremely well. We can say he is the best SA we have ever come across. He’s very polite, helpful, responsive and he always makes us feel very welcome every time we visit the store. I really need to write this review for him.

My wife bought her first Hermes and she really like it. The service is lovely and you don’t have to queue for a long period of time. It would be better if they are offer drinks to customers as what other shops are doing now as part of their customer service. I will definitely come back in the future. Click like if you love Hermes
