Great night Christmas in Julypublished 1 hour agoWent along on Saturday night 20 July 2019 to Story Bridge for the Christmas in July Cocktail Evening, lots of new people. I had a very nice night meeting and enjoying the company of other people in similar situation to myself. The venue is just so easy to get to the staff are pleasant, food was the highlight lots of it served cold and hot finger food prawns, club sandwich, mini shepherd pies and what about the meal in a bucket Italian or Beef. and other finger food that I think I missed because I was so full. No one could possibly be hungry with all the great food that was served.At the conclusion of our evening at AT46 we all or most of us went to the lower bar to enjoy the music and dancing and of course a few cold drinks.I will without a doubt go to more of these Cocktail Gatherings when they are on.Thanks to Rhyllie I and my new found friends had a fantastic night.No comments

Thankyou Kathy for the opportunity to meet other single people. A reflection of the band was the dance floor, which was pumping! Friendly bar staff, never been to the deluxe before, liked the atmosphere, thanks again Kathy!

The hosts are amazing! As single female, this is safe & fun place to be. I’m in the FB group. Not a prude, but they sift out the creeps. Lots of great events, with an interesting group of people. Very affordable functions. I feel they really make an effort to get like minded people together, at fun events that aren’t outrageously priced. You won’t regret joining!

Absolute scam. Signed up and received no communication. Dinners do not seem to exist. They don't reply to emails or phone calls. Don't sign up unless you want to throw away money for nothing.

As a guy it can be daunting at the best of times going to dance lessons, let alone for a dance that is known to be smooth, sexy and technical. Kevin, Chelsea and their team put all my fears to the back of my mind with their fun, professional step by step classes.It doesn't matter how bad you think you may be, they treat everyone the same and re-assure you of your progress. Even if you need a bit of extra help, the classes are very hands on and everyone gets personal attention to help them out during the course of the session. If you're thinking about learning salsa in Adelaide I highly recommend Salsa Connection, one look at the instructors dancing and you'll be hooked! Trust me, they're good.

First time trying this company. Well put together and nice location. Good lighting so could see everyone. Was a good chance to meet some new people and enjoy a drink. It was brief but thats what i liked cause i didnt want it to drag on. Ive been to another organiser and their party went for 3 hours. I like that this was short and sweet cause it was a school night lol/ Id tell my mates about it for sure.

Kathy is a warm, caring, protective and professional host at all her events. I have been attending events for over a year, dancing drinking cruising and have made some valuable friends and it has kept me entertained and opened up my social world.

I attended a singles event at the Deluxe Bar in Moonee Ponds last night. There were twice as many women as men, which was good for the guys. The venue was packed and way too crowded. It was standing room only with plenty of apologies as people moved about. The live band played a good mix of music but was too noisy. Conversation anywhere in the room was impossible when the band was playing. The guys did what guys do and stood back while the girls filled the dance area. Steppin Out did nothing to facilitate introductions or mingling, which I think is disappointing for a singles" event organisation. Guys are not wired to make social connections as easily as women

Classy venue and friendly people. I had 12 dates and they went by super fast. That is probably the annoying part, how quickly it goes. We were done by 9.30pm

Kathy runs great events for singles over 40! I've been lucky enough to get for a few...the cruise out of Docklands was a lovely way to mix and mingle, with great music, nibbles and fantastic views!Kathy has hosts available at events, which is great when you turn up by yourself....they can help you ease into it, and even introduce you to like minded people!
