Placed an online order on 21/04/2023. Between 21/04/2023 and 25/05/2023, I attempt to communicate with the online representatives including Sam, Ron and Bella. After 34 days of waiting, I was able to receive 2 items out of 5 items I ordered. The rest was refunded for them not having the items in stock. After 34 days of waiting, they conveniently informed me that they would refund me.Cons:- After 34 days of waiting, they informed me that they do not have the item I ordered in stock.- My patience is wasted.- The online enquiry takes around 3 days. The reply does not have any substance other than asking you to be patient, and the usual excuses.- 5 items ordered and 2 items came.- Giving you false hope.Pros:- At least they partially refund the item and apologise.Would I use the online decathlon again? I suggest staying away.

Simply amazing! Cannot recommend Adam and the team enough. It was such a breeze to organise hiring 5 kayaks for a Saturday trip to the Gold Coast. Adam was super helpful, gave us a great packaged deal and what was ever more fantastic, he brought the kayaks to us at Paradise Point and picked them up in the afternoon - making our Saturday on the water an absolute breeze! The Kayaks were great and included water proof bags and backrests. Thanks so much Adam - will absolutely be coming back!

So here I am blaming or trying to blame the equipment and Boarders could of had me for an extra 150 if they wanted to. But they didn't....they gave me honest replies advised me to stick with what I had and sent me out. Now out of sheer amazement of not making a dollar out of me that first time. I returned to buy some new gear when I needed to...selection was awesome and prices reasonable. These guys are great...they are not out to rip you off and I value their ethos. Go here and that's my honest opinion.

Both scooters batteries drained quickly. One made it back just with the very last watt and one of us had to walk (!) 30 minutes back because of a flat battery. The first one was extremely slow due to,the low charge, too. They charged us for 30 minutes only but it was quiet annoying. Even the staff was very polite, and they gave us a huge discount, I would not recommend them.
