Trying to contact Maroochydore - Poor phone service. Rang only to be told, must leave a message and they will ring back. Never rang back. I rang back again and was told the same message. I advised the person on the phone I have been waiting 2 days for a reply, I can only take a messageApparently, another organisation takes the messages and passes them on. Once CPAP found out about the issue they responded quickly to resolve

I attended the Milton store to buy a Dreem2. They gave it to me in a bag. I get home and it's clearly second hand. Contacted Resmed online and they couldn't have been less interested. I'm returning the item tomorrow. Absolutely disgusting service so far. I'll update this IF they can redeem themselves. *** They replaced the device with an actual new one no problem so I'm happy enough. Pity I had to go to the store twice but things happen.

Post update following initial post. Thankyou Bryce for your prompt contact following this review and remedy of this issue. I really appreciate you personally delivering the correct item, the appology and the update on the change of phone message process. Initial post : After waiting over a half an hour to be served ( which I didn't have a problem with) I asked for what I needed and had previously puchased. Over three times the sales assistant asked me and I even held out my phone and she read it out P30i small starter kit. She handed me a starter kit, an eftpos receipt only, said goodbye and started talking to another sales assistant. I drove the half hour home and then found she had given me the wrong starter kit. Two calls diverted to an answering service that says I will be called back ASAP and no call back.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. They didn’t try to push products that I didn’t need and answered all my questions honestly and confidently. I am happy to recommend them to all and I do.

Last time I do have a very good customer service. They all brilliant. Not like Bundoora.

I have contacted resmed 3 times today yo be put through to your Kogarah store. I am yet to receive a call back despite assurances that the manager was to call me asap.Obviously I am not important as a client, but that's fine when time comes to buy Resmed won't be an option. Not only that but when I visit my specialist who recommended Resmed I will tell him about your terrible service.
