Metro did a great job project managing the whole insurance process. We just met people at home and everything was sorted. Fantastic process and really easy. Even changed our colour scheme. A lot of work was done while we weren't home which meant we kept coming home to accomplished surprises. Would definitely recommend for ease of process.

These guy are awesome, I applied on a Friday afternoon as my car was going in to the shop on the following Monday afternoon for repairs, once I dropped the car off to the panel shop the guys had the hired car there waiting great service didn’t have to wait for anything or anybody highly recommend. So if your unlucky like my self an have someone hit your car. Then I strongly suggest yous try this company out.

I accidently called the wrong number after the accident. I thought I was dealing with NRMA, but through the phone call, not one time they said they were not. Shame on you for relying on this kind of scam to get customers. Build your own brand!!!!If google allows me to choose less than 1 star, I will definitely go with that one.
