Southeast Asian restaurant

We had a lovely night for our first night out of lockdown.This was our first experience at Blue River and it was delightful.The food was awesome and the team were very polite and friendly.Well priced too.Thank you

Lime Leaves Thai Restaurant, Queanbeyan ticks all the boxes in my opinion: very caring and attentive staff, beautiful old house, wide diversity of menu, moderate prices and delicious flavours.They just did it so well, quietly spoken people and a menu that would keep me coming back if I lived there.

Really wanted to give this place a five star as the food tasted great and the ambience was nice and graceful, but the service was just not the greatest (especially by the older gentleman) given the price and the class. Maybe they are understaffed on the weekends, maybe they have always been like that. Also, when we asked to take away our remaining food, they put all dishes into one box, which I know is an eco thing to do, but just completely ruins the flavor of each dish. With that being said, if you want to enjoy Chinese food in a nice and neat environment, and do not mind the price and the less responsive service, this place is recommended.

Great location in the city. Amazing food and interior inside. Fantastic service and all staff are super friendly. Highly recommend when you are in Bendigo.

I and my partner are frequenters to this cafe ,one can say . It is not far from the Adelaide University and a stone throwing distance from the Botanic Garden and the Rundle Park. What I personally like about the place is the ambience and vibe inside . Needless to mention , the food is awesome. A perfect place for hangout and a paradise of gastronomical delights.

I’ve just left this restaurant with my family and I can share that the food, service and atmosphere is fantastic.I have travel extensively through Asian and the food here is excellent.I can thoroughly recommend this restaurant.Even my fussy 9 y/o finished all her food and was quite complimentary.Thank you Wockbar for a superb meal.

The Satay sticks were the smallest piece of chicken ever the sauce was like baby mush and disgusting please see attached photos.The green curry had no flavour only heat and was very runny.Wagyu Beef had no flavour tastes like cheap steak!Disappointed will be contacting the restaurant for a refund!

Went there last night to celebrate my sons 21st, just a small family gathering of nine. First of all the service was friendly and a nice atmosphere. The food was ok but really just finger food and hard to fill us all. Then came the bill.It was locals night so we received our 15% off but then….there was the credit card surcharge and a whopping $46 surcharge for a group booking ( over 8 people ). Not advertised or mentioned. Outrageous.This place is suitable for the rich Aunt that catches the ferry from Sydney and wants to meet you for a Sunday bite to eat and a cocktail, not worrying about the bill, not an average family that wants to feel full at the end. Also $28 for a glass of wine is a wee bit far fetched!

DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give this 0 stars I would. First time trying this place and would NEVER go back. Firstly it is overpriced, I paid $10 for a banh mi with majority bread. The product received looks nothing like the photo on the menu. Extremely disappointing. I left hungry.

Terrible service. Should have read all the one star reviews before ordering. Put an order for takeaway and waited over 1.5hrs to get it. Ridiculous. Cannot cope with customers. This seems to be the running theme with this restaurant. Would never ever go here again unless you want to starve.
