Souvenir store

A beautiful homewares and gift shop ruined by the cranky unfriendly lady that works there. Snatched an item out of my daughter's hand seconds after my wife made a purchase. Looked down her nose at anyone not spending up big. If you hate people love, stop working in retail. You ruined what would otherwise have been a nice experience. Disappointing.

Not sure why the advertise their hours on here and on their website. They clearly have no idea what the time is. They don't open on a Sunday and it's how well after 9 on a Monday and they're still no closer to opening. Only pharmacy in town. Pretty poor formIf they spent less time in setting up 6 hat stands and more time on being a pharmacy I'm sure their service would improve 10%

Karen is friendly and happy and knowledgeable. She always goes above and beyond for her customers. The shop is full of interesting and exciting things for gifts or to spoil yourself. Go on in and take a look around you never know unless you go.

The Ballina visitors centre provides a wealth of information for both visitors and locals. The team were able to assist me in finding dog friendly beaches in the area and supplied me with a great what’s on flier that provided some fun filled activities for the week.

Terrible experience. The sign said, these dresses $10. It was a morning special today (Sunday) only. I picked out three only to be told no, it’s $10 off. I held out the sign that clearly said $10 off and the employee snatched it from me. I repeated that the sign said they are $10 but she became antsy saying no. She called me rude so I dropped the dresses and she continued ranting about me as I walked away. I stopped, turned and asked her if she wanted me to take it up with fair trade. A group of 3 exited the store and said yeah they’d said the same thing to her about the sign on the dress rack. The man in the group said he stopped looking when she wouldn’t honour the sign. The others saying she was rude yet saying their stock is good, no one returns it. One said yeah, you wouldn’t want to go back would you.

Outstanding customer service. Highly recommended. The staff always go above and beyond our expectations. Our baby needs a compounded antibiotic and we live on the tablelands, they deliver to Cairns and meet us every few weeks. What a wonderful bunch of people!!

Lovely place, all handcrafted cuckoo clocks and German trinkets and giftware. Not just a typical souvenir store, this is definitely worth your while checking out, in Gallery Walk in the tranquil Mount Tamborine.
