Woeful customer service, and that is stretching it. Had issues with Shure device and contacted Shure directly; was subsequently told to contact Jands' service department for assistance. To be fair I think my issue is fairly mundane, but when you spend close to $700 on audio devices you would expect a little assistance when you encounter an issue that prevents the device from working. Sadly, this was too difficult for the service department, and Simon Ashton, a supposed 'Customer Service Specialist'. Absolutely useless response and a clear lack of conscientiousness. I have since contacted a Shure service department overseas, who have provided me with more than ample assistance.I lament the loss of Australian-made manufacturing but given the rise of poor on-shore customer service, on second thoughts my laments may be premature. Given the rise of AI and automation, one wonders if the current generation of customer service staff are aware that their days are numbered.

I bought a set of Pioneer DJ decks. Not only did a get a personalised reply to my message Matt then followed it up with a cal to make sure that I was happy and everything was running smoothly.

These guys helped us out at late notice after we were let down by a party hire company. The staging looked fantastic and helped make our event a real success. Will definitely use again next year. Thank you.

I have used Action Audio Logic for a number of year now for my event, the Adelaide Zombie Walk. I cannot fault their service. Year after year they are outstanding to work with, the equipment is great and the staff are team friendly. I have had bands with multiple change over and djs and they have worked brilliantly with all to ensure our event packs a punch. I no longer look around for options, they are my first and only choice and I have been delighted they have agreed year after year to support and work with us. Thanks AAL... you guys rock!
