I contacted the Dept by phone to make some enquiries. The wait time was under 5 minutes and the service providers were so helpful, courteous, efficient and excellent communicators. I wish to extend my gratitude to Meg and Tilly for their personal attention to excellence in service to the public. Many heartfelt thanks.

A nice place to be for all your DMV needs. However, regardless if you are heading north, or south bound, the 751 need to run ever half an hour...... Considering that there are more to do at this location. Like visiting your state member of Parliament, Chris Piton, meeting up with a loved one for a cup of coffee, or to go in to buy an item or 12 at the Woolies.

Tried to get a sales report for properties sold in a particular area and properties of a particular usage . Their website was a bit confusing and I didn't realise there were more options available. I did call before submitting and complained of the site being both confusing and recalcitrant but wasn't told about further options which I needed. The report came back useless to me and I called again. Intially I was told I would be given a free new report and I'd get a call to confirm that within the hour. Nearly 3 hours later and no call. Then when I rang again they decided they wouldn't give me a new report for free. Cost me hours of time waiting for a call that didn't eventuate.Mean spirited, dis-functional monopoly. No wonder the Government is wanting to sell it.

I've never come across anyone rude at the Licensing Centre. Very helpful staff, very happy with the services offered.

Ordered a re-print of my Plumbing contractors license over 3 weeks ago. I had no contact or word from the department that they had never processed it as they were waiting further details regarding payment. I had already made payment and provided a tax invoice receipt. Now having to wait more weeks on end for my ticket. The utter incompetence of this department never ceases to amaze me.

It was very quiet when I arrived today at 10:30 am. I had a difficult issue with a new registration and the staff were extremely helpful. With consultation and a couple of phone calls, they had the issue fixed before I left. Thank you so much to the lovely lady who fixed it all for me.

I have been to the Ballina Service NSW many times to get JP copies of documents, Knowledge Test, HPT, driving test and other enquiries. The staff are always extremely kind, helpful and friendly. There is a concierge at the entry who guides you in the right direction and the wait time has always been quite short, usually under five minutes.The best thing though are the amazing people running this place, they are doing an excellent job.

An incredible example of youth in politics, hands down more time spent listening to, and working with, his electorate than any politician I've ever seen.

Excellent customer service today. We had two cars to transfer for a deceased estate and Todd was very compassionate and supportive. Also while we were there, a quick shout out to the young lady behind the counter who handled a very inflammatory customer with next level professionalism and calm - well done!
