Subway station

Location is really good and serves well the Macquarie University students and the Macquarie Centre.The worst thing about this metro station are it’s escalators. The escalators at this particular metro station break down on average once every 1-2 months and it takes them on average 1-2 weeks to get the repairs done (yes an average of 10-15 days to get the repairs done) which is literally a joke and very painful. After the repairs are done the escalators would service for another 1, 1.5 or a maximum of 2 months until it breaks down again.This 1-2 weeks repair is not a one off incident and its an average time and to make things worse they don’t have stairs at this particular station and have just 2 lifts (that too one on each end of the station) to service the entire metro station.I do use public transport quite a bit and I do come across broken escalators on other stations as well but everywhere else I have seen the escalators getting fixed in a matter of hours on the day it breaks down (not weeks).NOTE: The attached photos have been taken on different days within a month

First metro station in the Norwest line , plenty of carparks available however it gets filled quickly in the morning before 7.45 am... Good luck If you are looking for a parking during weekdays outside of this time ... Plenty of disabled parking available even though it's empty most of the time ... Also there is a small Caffe called applugum opens door in the morning

Modern style and very convenient.But I wish Gov. could build more car park space for future.As Gov. plan lots of people goes to city for work in the future from this station. this car park space wont be enough for sure.

This location is a major public transport junction. From this point you can catch trains to Sydney and the Central Coast-Newcastle - some are express to Sydney’s Central station. You can also catch Sydney Metro services from here - these services currently travel deep into Sydney’s northwest and southeast to Chatswood - and, in several years time there will be a direct metro service to Sydney’s CBD and southwest region. There are connecting bus services located on both side of the rail line. There’s also a good variety of shops, cafes, restaurants and hotels on both sides of the railway station.

Great place as it allows me to leave home earlier. On peak time trains come every 5 minutes but otherwise every 10 minutes. Ever since the metro has come it has been a huge help.

Busy station but with all amenities. Westfield mall is connected with station. Wonderful variety of restaurants.

Very new and appealing.New underground station

Beautiful station, feels like you're in the future. Metro trains are clean and come every five minutes during peak. Location is great opposite Castle Towers shopping centre, and will be even better in a couple weeks when the tunnel to the shopping centre opens. Easy access to all major bus routes in and out of the Hills as well. Great experience

Epping railway station is a railway station in Epping, in the northern region of Sydney. It is served by Sydney Trains T9 Northern Line, NSW TrainLink Central Coast & Newcastle Line, and Metro North West Line services. The metro station is underground. Reasonable passenger amenities.

Not so much to explore but its the connecting station between chatswood and tallawong.
