Great job.Pros - Great job done by the tradies.Fitted in with our individual needs.Once the job was started they finished in a reasonable time.Price was competitive.Cons - Communication was lacking from management, just needed a call every 2 weeks or so to let us know how things were progressing and that we weren't forgotten.You will have to chase them up but when they start, they do a great job.

I do not usually write reviews, only for exceptionally good experiences. The string of bad tradespeople would otherwise keep me to busy.From start to finish this was a pleasure.At the beginning someone actually showed up on, and on time, to the have a look, give advice and provide a quote.Installation was planned for March but got brought forward by 2 months. Lucky !The installation went without a hitch and the end result is perfect. This is a 12 x 5 meter patio and took two half days to install. The area got left clean and tide. This company got recommended to me by a tradesman colleague and for good reason. Glad I took his advice.

I have now dealt with this small family company a number of times for remote retractable roof systems and remote blinds/screen for both my home and a very large hospitality business I manage as CEO. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them as they are professional whilst being approachable and understanding of your needs. Their pricing is very reasonable and I have had no issues on quality or lack of follow through from them. Their customer service ethos is top notch. I rarely leave google reviews but these guys merit it as I am that impressed with them

Hi-Tech have recently replaced my old and outdated patio and deck with a much more modern (and waterproof) patio and deck. I couldn’t be happier with the job they have done, it looks fantastic! It was very reasonably priced and Storm was great to deal with through the whole process, communicating regularly with updates through each stage from quote to completion. I highly recommend Hi-Tech and will definitely be contacting Storm & the team again for any future work I want to get done.

Jeff quoted and installed very quickly to ensure we had the blinds in time for Christmas which we really appreciated. The cost was far less than many of the competitors and the quality is fantastic.
