Kat’s breathing workshop was one of my top 10 life experiences, I have been meditating for years and never really understood the power of the breath until now. This session relieved me of a 2 week long anxiety attack, AND my wife told me I looked like a different person when I got home because there was no trace of tension anywhere in my face or body. I’m a 1 session convert, and will be going back whenever I am able! Thank you Kat for your incredible service.

I want to thank Amy and Elle for their amazing support and advice. Being a mother of 3 I am always busy and was feeling the fatigue. I reached out through their online programs and their nutritional advice and support really helped boost my energy and mood. My postpartum period for baby number 3 felt a lot easier with the support I was given. Wishing I lived locally to try out a pilates class. Highly recommend these ladies!!

So happy I found this little gem of a business! The limited spots in the reformer Pilates class make it more personal which I love, and the instructor Amy is so lovely and knowledgeable. Highly recommend reformer Pilates for an all over workout that’s not so aggressive! Elle also gave amazing health/nutrition advice, and has high quality products which I’m so excited to add into my daily routine. Thank you ladies!!
