Dr Phoebe Jones has change my skin and the way I feel. She has given me guidance and a skin maintenance plan to continue my youthful look. She has been my cosmetic doctor for the last 7 years. Her advice to use Profhilo, Botox and Fraxel lasers plus to be mindful of the sun. This has change my skin quality and my appearance which gives me confidence that contributes to a positive mindset. I highly recommend anyone to go and see her for a consultation.

My son had an excellent experience. The procedure here is amazing, my son was sleeping all along during the procedure and didn't feel anything. Highly recommended.

I booked in for my dental treatment with Dr Chloe with a really bad toothache. She did a thorough and detailed checks including X-rays and determined that my wisdom tooth was too decayed and not worth saving. It was painless when the tooth was extracted. For the first time in my adult life I was surprised and impressed that my gum was sutured. I recovered within a few days and was back to work on the third day.I went back with my two kids to see Dr Chloe, and were given the same thorough checks.Thank you for the professionalism shown by all the staffs at QL Dental for making the whole dentist visit a pleasant and smooth experience:)

I had a very unpleasant experience at Park Hospital, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment with others. The incident primarily revolves around the receptionist's incompetence and lack of professionalism, which greatly affected my pre-surgery experience.To begin with, I had scheduled a surgery at Park Hospital well in advance and had diligently provided all the necessary information, including my insurance details. However, just one day before the scheduled surgery, the receptionist informed me that my insurance coverage was not valid for the procedure. Needless to say, this news was extremely distressing, as it put me in a difficult and uncertain situation.The receptionist's handling of the situation was wholly inadequate. Instead of taking responsibility for her mistake, she shifted the blame onto me, claiming that I had not provided the correct insurance information. I was taken aback by this accusation, as I had indeed provided all the necessary details accurately. In fact, I had even downloaded the document that clearly displayed the correct insurance information, which I could present as proof. Yet, she refused to acknowledge her error or apologize for the unnecessary stress and inconvenience caused.Eventually, after further investigation, the receptionist realized that she had made a mistake. It turned out that my insurance did cover the procedure after all. However, even then, she failed to take responsibility for her previous statements and continued to deflect the blame onto me. This lack of accountability and refusal to apologize were extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.The whole experience left me feeling frustrated, anxious, and disillusioned with Park Hospital. It is disheartening to witness such a glaring lack of competence and accountability in a critical department like reception. The primary role of a receptionist is to provide accurate information, assist patients, and ensure a smooth process. In this case, the receptionist's negligence and unwillingness to rectify her mistake significantly impacted my confidence in the hospital.I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for others considering Park Hospital. It is crucial to thoroughly double-check any information provided by the receptionist and ensure you receive the appropriate documentation as proof. In my case, I was fortunate enough to have evidence supporting my claims, but I shudder to think about how this situation might have unfolded had I not been able to prove my innocence.Overall, my experience at Park Hospital was marred by the receptionist's incompetence and unprofessional behavior. I urge the management of Park Hospital to take this feedback seriously and address the issue promptly, as such mishaps can significantly impact patients' trust and confidence in the institution.

Do not go here if you want a doctor to actually help you. Made an appointment because I couldn't get into my regular GP. Dr. invented a medication interaction that doesn't actually exist to refuse prescribing something I have already been on for 2 months. When I was confused and asked for explanation, she kept repeating the same thing to me as if I was a child who didn't understand something very simple, raising her voice each time. After doing a bit of research, checking with my regular GP and multiple pharmacists, I found that what she was telling me had absolutely no evidence to support it.Avoid.

My medical care was transferred from Dr Ann Buchan to Dr Phillip Barker on her departure from the clinic. Dr Barker has become part of my care team following my surgery for bowel cancer, then chemotherapy and now recovery. Dr Barker has been very thorough in all aspects of my care to ensure I have the right treatment. His knowledge, medical expertise and professionalism is also recognised by his previous colleagues at Queensland Health who are part of my care team. Nurse Mary is wonderful and caring. All the admin staff are helpful and friendly. I wish Dr Barker and his staff a Merry Christmas and a great 2020.

In my experience this veterinary hospital is over-priced and disorganised.Following an ear infection, my dog was booked in to have its ears cleaned. I was advised that the charge would be $505. This was in addition to the original consult fee of $375 for a 20 minute consultation and some basic medication.Nearly $900 to treat a simple ear infection is, in my opinion, excessive.I arrived for the procedure one week after the initial consult and was greeted by someone unfamiliar who asked me what was wrong with my dog's ear.I was reluctant to hand over another $505 to a stranger (he didn't introduce himself or tell me that he was a vet) that was unfamiliar with my dog's issue.My poor service experience did not justify the price that I was charged.UPDATEI saved myself the additional $505. My dog has done just fine on generic antibiotics (amoxyclav) and a 5 day course of ear drops with corticosteroids.
