I first used RID on a Safari in Kenya and was so impressed I immediately tried to buy some in the uk. As it is not available I had look further afield. That’s when I found medibc. After placing an order I realised it was being sent from Australia and expected a long wait. Not so. The product arrived quickly. Approx. Ten days. Well worth it as I live half my life in rural Spain where tiger mosquitoes take their toll. RID really works and thanks to medibc I have regular supplies.

I had full abdominal liposuction, went for fitting, was only recommended one garment to try on because of my short torso. Was not offered any other garments to try on. When I went home to properly use the garment, it kept slipping down because it was only meant for lower abdomen. I asked for exchange I was told no. Wasted my $185 even though it was not my choice of garment, it was based on incorrect fitting. Unfair, unreasonable. I was even made to pay a fee for a disposable face mask at entry.

Every woman should experience this service and quality of bra fitting at least once her life. I was unsure about going to Tracey G as I am just a regular bra fitting (10G) desperate for something comfortable (not pre or post mastectomy). I have had bra fittings elsewhere but nothing that compares to Tracey G. I've never had anyone just look at me and know what size I would be. The service was amazing and the fitting was exactly right on the first try. Time was spent to ensure that the fit was exactly right and I tried on options to see if the first pick could be bettered. The service that I was extended (by Renee) was very respectful and the process was not awkward at all. I've been wearing the bras for over a month, and they are surprisingly comfortable - even on very long days. I can't recommend Tracey G enough. I'll never go anywhere else again.

Purchased pet ID tags that arrived quickly and look good quality. Light weight and easy to change between different collars.

Fantastic. Great help and was able to give me a life back. Able to walk unaided now without a walking stick.

And watch them make excuses and try and defend themselves. They are never at fault for anything. Just look at the reviews, that’ll tell you all you need to know. Btw, no I was not informed the stock was on back order when I ordered it….otherwise I would not have ordered it. Never again.DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!! I’ve been waiting 2 months for my scrubs. You cannot call them, their “schedule a callback” feature is saying they can’t call back for days, email is snail paced to reply. They rarely have stock, everything is on “back order”. If by any chance they do send your order, you don’t receive any notification that it’s ready for collection from the post office, so your order is returned, this happened with my order last year. No tracking number is given, no updates given, zero communication. Be warned!!

I’m so disappointed and appalled with the lack of service when I walked in. I walked in and saw that a lady was helping someone so I went over to have a browse while I waited. Then I went up to the counter and stood there for 5 minutes, no one in front of me, but the lady sitting behind the counter looked up, saw me, then put her head back down to continue stapling papers together and completely ignore me! Didn’t even acknowledge me or ask to help me. Another lady came up behind the counter to take a sip of her water and walked off, still no recognition and as if I was invisible! I came into this store because I needed help for a maternity bra, which I have never purchased before. There are good reviews for this store but to be treated as if I’m completely invisible is disgusting. I understand being busy, but it is not hard to smile and greet a customer and let them know someone will be with you shortly!
