Service was nice. Good range of horse and rider related products. Only downside was they did not have what i was looking for in leather restoration. But they did have some products targeting leather maintenance. All in all a good shopping experience and worth a visit.

Quality range, like Horseland as a franchise. Only let-down is everytime I go into the Toowoomba store I'm asked Can I help you?" which is great but then whenever I'm ready to check-out and leave

I don't know what Kate Stokes is talking about. Every time (& we go a lot!) we go in to Horseland Sunbury we have the BEST customer service. ALL the staff are so helpful and willing to give us as much time and advice as they can, no matter how busy. I know keyboard critics shouldn't surprise me but I'm constantly disappointed that anyone, with one bad experience (and perhaps their attitude warranted a cooler response from the shop assistant, we'll never know) feels the need to get on social media and slam a business. Anyway, based on my many experiences over the past four years I feel confident to state that the staff at Horseland Sunbury are extremely helpful and hospitable.

Friendly knowledgeable staff and well stocked with most brands you would expect. Store is nicely planned so everything you need is easy to find.

Really dissappointed with the service here. I thought being a small business I would buy an inhand bridle from there for my daughter's first show.I ordered online, while the delivery was quick, the wrong bridle arrived, a week out from my daughter's first show. I spoke to them via phone over returning the bridle and exchanging it for the correct size. I was spoken incredibly rudely to on the phone, I felt like I was being condescended something terrible. I then drove down to the store and was given the same reaction. I really couldn't believe that I had to repeat myself three times in store, explaining that the website advertised a large pony bridle which is what I ordered, however that is not what had arrived.A few days later (now 3 days away from the show) I was told that they were unable to source the bridle advertise and the one I bought.I am highly dissappointed in the service at this shop, and would much prefer to spend my money at horseland.I won't be back.

Love the kids drawing table, my kids do so many great works of art there and I can browse without stress! Friendly, knowledgeable service and good range!

A truly pleasant experience

Selection wasnt wide but items on clearance was definitely cheap..got some Ariat stuff really cheap
