Telecommunications service provider

Waited for half an hour today just to transfer my esim to new phone. The guy attended me and just in 2 mins he said, this needs wifi to do and they can't do because he cannot do with store wifi. Ridiculous service, never going back.

This store clearly not interested in repeat business! Went in to upgrade phone and go on a plan again. Person named Riley sooo unhelpful! Told me price of 1 phone per month. Didn't even bother telling me what phone he was quoting. Didn't ask me what phone I was interested in. Price he quoted me was $50 per month more than I'm paying now! When I said I wasn't interested in that quote he offered me no alternative. Didn't even bother to try and tell me reason to upgrade to whatever phone he was trying to palm off on me! He made it clear we had nothing else to discuss! Worst display of customer service I have ever seen! Do yourself a favour and go to a professional.

Wow!Nick has totally created magic with my phone bill!!!I'm so grateful for his very patient help making sure I'm now paying sooooo much less each month for me and my kids costs.And we have better phones too!!I just wish I had come to see him years ago.

Asking for assistance with a prepaid sim in an i-Pad started of well. Returning an hour later as the i-Pad was not working, the person behind the counter yelled out to me we can't be expected to do everything". A rude and unpleasant experience

Customer service is sorely lacking. I found one staff member to be dismissive and requires training as to how to deal with customers. Her response left me frustrated.Don’t bother leaving a message because when I eventually got through (after leaving two separate messages on separate days), I was advised that they were probably too busy to listen to voicemails even though the recorded message advises you that they will get back to you at the end of the day. Which begs the question why they have a store phone?Frustrated and disappointed with their lack of communication, dismissive style and after providing them with full payment up front several weeks ago for two iPhones.I have taken my business elsewhere.

I joined Vodafone sim only plan.Vodafone said they will deliver my sim within week or I can get blank sim from store I went to this store asian appearance staff said he can't do this I need to call Vodafone I know he was lieing so I wend to broadmdows shopping centre Vodafone store he took only 5 minutes it get ready my sim, lazy staff

Run a mile from this Telephone Coompany, no service and sells products that don't work.

Prompt outstanding service. The sales manager took the time to engage with me and understand my needs, and recommend a suitable package. I promptly received the hardware and again was met with a proactive and excellent attitude to help me set up the service. I had a series of questions to ask which were answered promptly by email. Overall, the level of service and professionalism exceeded expectations.

Our business is based in NSW and we have been using commander centre Perth for all our telco needs for over 4 years now. I can highly recommend the team as they go above and beyond to get any issues under control with a minimum of fuss and everything is always sorted out super fast. Our account manager Brad Starr is a dead set champion. He is always available to help out and quite often follows up well after business hours just to make sure everything has been completed and that we are happy.
