Kids parties are always so stressful to organise, but we're so glad that the team at Kingpin Macarthur Square was able to alleviate that for us.The food was amazing, the staff were courteous and friendly, the party hosts did an amazing job with the children, and most importantly fun was had by all.Big shout out, and thanks to Michaela, Keira, Cooper, Christina, Kay, Maddy and the rest of the team, for making my little girls birthday so special!

Great place to dine out with family or friends. Friendly staff. Great food. I don't like spicy foods so I wasn't sure if I'd find a dish I could eat but I did - the burrito bowl and at my last visit I ordered the Aztec pie. Two dishes that don't pack a lot of heat. Easy parking. Conveniently located. Go from meal to movie or vice versa as cinemas are close by

Booked the circus access for a work event. The team had an absolute blast! The food was great. The staff were super helpful, present and engaging. Lots of great games to play. The 3D game was an absolute hit with the team! Highly recommend.

Had a bucks party for our best mate here, staff were amazing and made the night great. Special shout out to Aidon for bringing the vibe to karaoke!!! You made our night great. Thank you!!

Located in the Wintergarden building. Easy to find. Been bowling here on multiple occassions. Last visited on a Sunday evening. Tried to call ahead to make a booking but was only able to leave a message. We tried our luck by turning up anyway & were lucky the staff could accommodate us for a game of bowling. Shoe hire is included in price but not socks. Either bring your own or rent some. One of the patrons didn't have his ID on him so we were told we needed to leave the venue by 8 pm. We were able to finish our game in time but would've been keen to stay but longer. They also have laser tag & an escape room here. Haven't tried those here but good to know these activities are available in the city. Also, you gotta take a photo with the Who's your Caddy? back drop for a laugh.

We had a children's birthday party at Strike and it was absolutely fantastic.Firstly, the venue. With a combination of Bowling, Mini-golf and the Karaoke/Party Rooms, it is perfectly set up for kids of all ages and would be just as great a venue for after-work catch-ups as it is for kids parties.Then the staff. While all of the staff were really helpful and keen to ensure that everyone had a good time, the party host Matt was absolutely phenomenal. He made 100% sure that the birthday girl had a good time and he somehow managed to wrangle a gaggle of 5 year olds between the areas and ensured that everyone was engaged, fed, and happy.I would obviously recommend Strike for kids parties, as well as older group get-togethers.

Neat and clean, well maintained games arcade in Milperra. It could be crowded during weekends but there are plenty of parking lots outside. There is a racing track, 6 bowling lanes, and plenty of game machines, basket ball being our favourite. Some games will provide tickets which can claim for goodies such as gummies and toys. There is a cafe just by the entrance too.

Lovely easy lunch on a Sunday. Wonderful friendly staff and the drinks were delightfully cold. The large eating area was cool and there was plenty of room to spread out. Toilets were clean. Do yourself a favour - drop in for some wings and a beer!

Title: Utterly Disappointing Experience at Kingpin BowlingI am usually not the type to write reviews, but my experience at Kingpin Bowling was so disheartening that I felt compelled to share my thoughts. I genuinely hoped for an enjoyable time with friends and family, but what we got was nothing short of a disaster. The lack of attention to our orders and overall service left us frustrated and disappointed, which is why I'm giving them a one-star rating.To start with, our food and coffee order was severely delayed. The staff did not bring it until we had to ask them about it, which was frustrating, considering we were already done bowling. The whole point of ordering food and beverages was to enjoy them during our game, but that clearly did not happen.When the food finally arrived, it was not even what we had ordered. The errors in our order were not minor, and it was evident that the staff had not paid attention to our requests. One particularly appalling example was when they brought out an egg with a chux cleaning rag underneath it. This was not only unappetizing but also raised serious concerns about hygiene and cleanliness in the establishment.The overall atmosphere and customer service left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed disorganized and not particularly interested in ensuring that we had a pleasant experience. In fact, it felt like we were an inconvenience to them. This is not what I expect when I choose to spend my hard-earned money at an entertainment venue.To sum up, our visit to Kingpin Bowling was a total letdown. The delayed and incorrect food orders, coupled with the indifferent customer service and questionable hygiene practices, made for an experience that I would not wish upon anyone. If you are considering a fun night out bowling, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. Kingpin Bowling clearly needs to step up their game in terms of service and customer satisfaction.
