I hired equipment and an operator from these guys for a wedding. Overall things went reasonably well and we even got some system upgrades we didn't pay for. Inevitably though some things did go wrong. This is totally reasonable and understandable though.Regarding these issues that we had (which were mostly around missed cues and ordered equipment which wasnt provided) I reached out to the company via email on January 28 regarding my wedding on January 22 and it took multiple emails and about 4 months of waiting to get them to reply to me. When they eventually replied they showed an invoice from January 23rd (the day after the wedding) showing a trade discount. With a bit of back and forth they were eventually able to provide me the refund I required. Although I am still a little confused as to why they took so long to get back to me.Overall they are good value and I would recommend you go with them if you are a Wollongong local. However if you are from Sydney or surrounds they aren't the most organised so you may encounter some troubles with deliveries and/or operators.Ideally I would go with 2.5 stars however Google doesn't allow for this. Justification being that technology provided was good value but disorganised practices and poor communication. Also when you consider the parts of the event that the operator we hired got right, it may have been cheaper just to get a friend to do the work so not good value there.

Kingston Butter Factory Cultural Precinct
It was completely ruined by the renovation. The old place with the museum and the Cafe & Craft shop had charm and character. Won't be going to the butter factory anytime in the future.

Majestic Theatre Malanda
Friendly owners, good prices, great atmosphere! A real old style movie theatre feeling but with modern audio and visual technology. Excellent prices for the movie and the snack prices are not over inflated. A very affordable outing.

Liam Cooper's Kings of the Keys
Such a fantastic night, what an awesome show! Everyone was smiling, clapping and enjoying every minute. Such a great range of songs, Liam and his band were amazing performers and interacted wonderfully with the crowd. We can’t wait to see the show again when they’re next in town!
