I spent the last hour searching for costumes. The staff announced they were closing in ten minutes, so I made a decision. At that time one staff was serving another customer, and the other was nowhere to be seen. I did three laps of the store to seek assistance, I was also juggling children, and enquired about included accessories, but the other staff member only appeared to say “we are closed”. I put my costume on the counter, and the staffer, said “it’s 530, we are closed, I won’t do the paperwork”. Either get more attentive staff, allow your customers to process an order up to closing time (as is done in most retail stores…), or be more clear that “we are closing in ten minutes, your order needs to be finalized now”. This service soured the fun of the experience, and frankly is the worst retail service I’ve experienced. No I won’t be back tomorrow. You won’t get my custom.

I can not recommend this shop enough! What an amazing experience, from my first step inside the shop, to leaving! Sophie was incredible! I was laughing and smiling the whole time! I was like a kid in a lolly shop with $2 back in 1980! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I spent an hour deciding on an outfit, and the girls didn’t rush me at all.. stood and chatted to me, helped me with my decision! Beautiful shop, Incredible costumes, great prices and the best bunch of staff, I’ve ever encountered! Well Done!

This place is fantastic! The customer service was truly amazing and we had the best time visiting them. They have the most incredible collection of costumes! We can't wait to go back!

Ordered a flight case and a mic stand yesterday around 11am.Even after a correction in delivery address the units arrived this morning. I.e the next day at 7:30am. Truely amazing well done will definitely deal with these guys again

Absolutely incredible service for the purchase of a lyra hoop. I had always wanted to buy one so I could be on it any hour of the day however I was unsure of where to safely hang it. John took the time to go through the options and offer opinions on different locations to hang the Lyra hoop from. After numerous back and forth conversations and sharing of images of possible locations I was able to purchase my purple Lyra!!

Sarah and John are so great to work with and easy to get equipment from. Their aerial equipment is high quality and their approach to safety is excellent. Hiring hoops from them kept me sane throughout lockdown!

Joined Miss Fit when I turned 40. Most friends say I’m going through mid life crisis, which may be true but in a very positive way. I lost almost 30 kgs prior and would not want to regain the weight. Pole dancing has helped me maintain my weight in a fit manner. I did not have to starve myself again. It had also made me believe in myself, trust my teachers, and classmates…very empowering.
