From the moment I engaged ProThermal Inspections it was clear that their depth of technical knowledge and experience goes far beyond other business that provide similar services.They were professional at all times, showed up at the agreed time and communicated well throughout the whole process.I will definitely be using ProThermal Inspections again for my future switchboard inspection needs.

These guys were hired to rewired our house. We paid them only to later get up into the roof to find they left it in a terrible mess, old and new wires everywhere, ends not tied off and mess, and garbage left everywhere up there. We complained, they came back and finished the job as it should’ve been done the first time and they billed us again! Double charged us for fixing the dangerous mess they left it in and then wouldn’t respond to any calls to questions of how they could do this, it was so wrong. We since had an electrician out & he said they haven’t replaced all the black wire they said they’d replaced and signed off on. I’ve dealt with lots of tradies and never had issues, but these guys caused us so many dramas, were sloppy & careless, double charged & id never recommend them in a million years!

What a difference it makes to the temperature -amazing difference. It literally has dropped the inside temperature by 8-10 degrees. Would highly recommend. Had a cooling fault show up on our ac. Was diagnosed in 10min then had the job done a week later (we were in no rush) technician wasted no time on site and did what he had to. Also cleaned up after himself and my wall which was great attention to detail. Price was very resonable also. Would definitely use them again.

We have has water issues for the last 5 years. Every time a big down pour happens our electricity trips. No one has ever been able to fix it, until we got in touch with Holdens Electrical.Woke up last Friday with no power. Searched for emergency electrician on Google. Contacted Holdens and they had James out in under 90 minutes. He found the issue, replaced all the equipment, found we had roofing issues. Organised a roofie, and they fixed that too. Now it seems all our water problems have been solved.A big thanks.By the way - I very rarely do reviews - but had to in this instance.
