Their post install service and manner is horrendous.More than a year down the track our pool fence has twisted. Upon contacting Sunline they just continually accused us of misuse which was not true. Upon further investigation I have discovered their poor installation of one panel to be the cause.I will be repairing this myself because I no longer want to deal with these people an advise you not to.

My secret place I go to for all my bathroom, kitchen and outdoor tiles. Superb quality and the staff naturally go above and beyond which a lot of places lack these days. Any tile I see they find it and order it if it's not already in the showroom. Couldn't be more pleased. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Great people easy to deal with.

TileBox has an amazing selection of tiles, could quite easily of been daunting without their helpful guidance.Eugene was very attentive and spent time looking at the design of our new home colours, accessories and style that we were trying to achieve.Eugene narrowed the tiles down to a selection of two. Both stunning. One was of a larger format than the other.We took both samples home. Both look lovely but went with the 900x900 which we thought best represented the look we were trying to achieve. We constantly receive positive feedback from all who visit. The tiles are simple, elegant and complement the overall design.TileBox staff are super helpful and friendly, delivery was on time and effortless, I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Very happy with the customer service provided by Cinde. She listened to what we wanted and we are really happy with the choices we made , thanks to her! Prices were very reasonable too.

Sales lady was not interested in helping us because we were not ready to order today. Went in to get ideas for bathroom tiles. Had husband and 2 kids with me. Already had colours in mind and wanted a quote with 3 options. Left us on our own. Had to beg for suggestions and a print of products to consider with prices. Excuse was given, ‘sorry love we’re just really busy today’. Not good enough! Give us the time of day or we’ll buy somewhere else.

We had a wonderful experience with Timeless imports! Reasonably priced, knowledgeable and friendly service (especially for first time home owners). Lou was very helpful in talking through the options and allowing us plenty of time to make our decision. Highly recommend.
