I have been working with Gary and his team for over 5 years now. They always supply quality parts made to the specification requested. Just as important for me has been their ability to deliver to the timeline promised. Often I have requested very tight turnaround and they have never failed to deliver.

We have purchased product from the Toolstore for many years and have always found staff to be extremely polite not only when we buy something but when we need some advice on the job and who to go to if they cant help, good job keep up excellent service.

AVOID AVOID AVOIDHany and his team were contracted to replace damaged Tasmanian Oak boards and re-sand the entire house (130sqm).The quality of the work and the entire team’s overall professionalism was horrendous!Hany and his team were given three attempts to correct shoddy work.After three attempts, Hany assured us the quality of the work completed was the absolute best possible outcome.Unhappy with the result, we ended up getting an independent report completed by the ATFA (Australian Timber Flooring Association).In that report it states the work completed does NOT meet industry expectations or Australian Standards.Issues included, but weren’t limited to:- Ripples and rough texture across the surface of the floors- Visible roller lap lines in the coating- Varying gloss levels in the coating- Visible Sanding marks- Sunken and missing filler- Finish imperfections on the staircase- Over-sanded boards (now need replacing)- Improper ‘replaced’ boards (i.e. tongue & grove missing – causing vertical movement).- Instead of staggering boards (for install), simply cut a line into the entrance way and started again (photos below show what i mean).- Polish drip marks- Polishing debris into the floors (hair, wood chips etc).The ATFA report recommended that the ENTIRE house be redone.On top of the horrible job completed – the team were extremely unprofessional.They left rubbish littered all over the front and back yard, they left all damaged floor boards under the house, we found cigarette butts inside the house (on our newly sanded floors), and Hany himself sent us abusive and threatening emails.Do yourself a favour and do NOT do business with this man.

Needed a chipped knife fixed & kitchen knives sharpened. Turnaround was 24hrs. Priced from $6+, depending on knife size and job requires. Very happy with outcome

Jessie has helped me twice doing jobs that no other bike shop would be able to. New Ti frame that had a rear triangle that was not aligned causing issues....Jessie identified the problem and fixed the frame. Next time was a year later with a new carbon fork with the metal ring on the fork crown needing to be filed as it wasn't round. He has all the equipment and machines to handle pretty much any problem with a bike that most bike shops would never be able to. He's a problem solver and has great attention to detail.

The whole process from quote to completion was easy, there was clear comms throughout and they were very competitively priced. We'll be using them again for future flooring works.
