We are a Sutton Tools distributor and have nothing but praise for the company.The quality of the tools, many of which are still made in Australia, is fantastic. We have very few quality issues and, on the rare occasion we do, they are quick to stand behind their product.An outstanding Aussie success story.

Typical of shops in this area they have versatility with tools and a room of fishing tackle.The young lady was knowledgeable about local fishing areas.

Pleasently suprised

AUSTRALIAN OWNED it stated on the packaging with a tiny Made in China at the bottom. So I just purchased the cheaper Craft Right that is made in china but doesn't try to be something its not at the detriment of my back pocket.

Brilliant. Has all you could dream of

Ordered something over the Christmas break, and understood there would be delays in communication & shipping. Constantly having to chase details regarding the order being shipped, not being provided a tracking number, to then finally having to ring and be told that the so called 'order' had been lost by Auspost. Incredibly disappointed that I had to ring to be notified, as I imagine I wouldn't have unless I called. Blamed the issues on website troubles yet I'm sure a website doesn't handle and post orders, or email customers regarding orders they've placed. And at the end, being told I may have to wait 24 hours for a refund, on a product he knew was lost in transit atleast 7 days prior!

Purchased their most expensive augar. Can't use it because I can't remove the hard plastic tag from the top of it. Ridiculous packaging

My friend bought some Sutton Tools (drill bits).He has found them to be of decent quality and they are still good (at least at the one year mark).However, the website is a little difficult to use.Overall, the current experience seems okay. Though the website could use an update.
