Ningaloo Aquarium and Discovery Centre
Great little centre with lots of historical and marine information regarding the area. They have a large tank set up to show the coral and fish in the surrounding reef. They have a display of live reptiles. They also had a bus the American services used during the war, which the kids thought was wonderful as you could get on it and sit in seats with interactive screens you could watch. Lovely little Cafe next door with delicious food and toilets are also in the centre. The whole centre was wheelchair accessible too.

The gift shop was fantastic , if your into souvenirs , they have a little something of everything , ranging from kitsch to rather artistic or educational . Prices are what you'd expect but reasonable . The staff are friendly and courteous , will go out of their way to help you . The building itself is a sight to behold such beautiful architecture and the grounds are a fun walk around with picnic places seating and table in an old train carriage , lawns and big old gum trees . And of course you have to have your photo taken poking your head out of the cutouts of cousin Jack " and " cousin Jenny " . What a hoot ."

Pinnacles Desert Discovery Centre
Great experience! Loved the view from the Desert View Point and driving around the Pinnacles was amazing! Very well put together. The staff at the Visitor Centre were amazing as well as they told us more about the area and suggested a few beaches and other attractions to visit. Will definitively come back as there is a lot to see

Shark Bay World Heritage Discovery & Visitor Centre
We came by here since it was raining. We did stop by before to get some information regarding what sights to see but came back to do the Discovery Center. There are a few souvenirs in the shop too. They also have information regarding the status of the Francois Peron National Park. There is a small gallery on the left of the entrance which is free to enter and does have quite a few spectacular photographs of the area. There was also a 3D movie Fire on the Water" about the HMAS Sydney which was sad and informative. It ran every 30 minutes so you can easily wait for the next screening. The Discovery Center costs $11 for adults and $6 for children but it is a multiday pass so you are able to come back in at a later day
