I havent used Rob yet but i'll give him 5 stars if he fixes the brakes on my trailer. Ill be calling next week buddy so save a spot for me

Where do I start. My husband and I took our caravan to this company to have a weight upgrade on our caravan. From the moment we arrived the ladies in the office was so polite and helpful. Caleb looked over our van to see if an upgrade was possible. He got under our van and notice the springs we’re not strong enough for our van and the u bolt had up a big dint in our chassis. He was so helpful and went into the office and found a place in Queensland that sold the springs we needed. They only had six left as they are not made anymore (we needed 4). So I was able to buy the 4 payed for them and had them sent to Felk Engineering. Felk Engineering let us leave our van there instead of towing it back to Camden in Sydney . This all happened on the Monday , Wednesday we got a call to say our spring had arrived and Caleb will fit them. Received a call Wednesday afternoon to say our van was ready to be picked up. So today Friday we went and pick our van up. To say we are ecstatic over the work was done is an under statement . Caleb done our up grade welded a second chain on our draw bar and replace our springs with the new ones. Thank you Caleb and all the workers at Felk for going out of your ways to help us and being so professional . Just goes to show that there still is a great company that takes pride in their workman ship and knows how to treat their customers. Oh and we were so happy with the price. So we would highly recommend Felk Engineering.

Fantastic people, had the parts in stock that I needed at very reasonable prices. Wouldn’t shop for trailer parts anywhere else. Keep up the great work guys. AAA+++

Couldn’t recommend Pat and the team at PC Engineering enough, they have been absolutely amazing with our enclosed trailer that we bought on FB marketplace. We took it there initially to get some work done on it to get it through the licensing inspection. I had tried a few places prior but no one was interested or capable of doing the work but Pat and his team squeezed it in for us so that we could take it camping that weekend.Not only that but he gave us some great ideas that we could do it to make it even better without even asking, we were so happy with the service that we are now taking it back regularly so that he can do the improvements on it and also has fitted a side door for us in the pinch of time before we took it away for the weekend in the rain.It's not often you find a business that has great customer service, quick turnaround and great prices to match. Anyone looking for a new trailer or some work done on your trailer I would highly recommend heading in to PC Engineering as you won't be disappointed!

Great work. Good communication. On time. On budget. Had a gas space heater and a Carafan installed.Workmanship looks great. Have used CK before and happy with that experience as well.

We have been using your company for approximately three years & recently we had 3 cars off the road due to service issues in that nothing had been brought to our attention.We sent photos of our van in which your company has serviced every service; after we had another issue with an engine light come on follow a service completed by mobile auto care we decided to engaged another company in which found some further issues photos attached:New issues:Filter not replace or cleanedBelts not reports or brought to the attention of company owner Timing belt over duePrevious issues:1. Replacement of faulty alternator leading to 2 tows at our cost.2. Replacement of 2 brand new batteries and then informed we need to get the car to you just after the alternators where replaced also at our cost.3. Work car off the road for over a month.4. Worker crashing 1 of our cars into a trailer & still no repairs have been completed or follow up this was over 5 months ago.5. Replacement of a turbo in which was a tuning issue which we found out through talking to another trade having a similar issue we were out of pocket over 4.5k for a $130 tune at Toyotas. We then had to organise of our own tows after the car was sent back to us three times hence why we took the car to Toyota's.7. Using trades that do not come when organised.

Great dedicated local business. Helped me locate fault in my trailer lights on a2 year old purchase. Highly recommended.
