One of the best simple train stations… simply because of its simplicity in staffing, facility, bus routing network, taxi/Uber services and parking facilities are the best kept secrets of Mandurah, where the vibe is always of a holiday mode destination !! Good job guys, keep up the good work!!!!

Lovely terminal, nice and big and clean, easy to board road coaches, the MerredinLink, the prospector and the Indian pacific. I really like the locomotive there too.

I caught the trains to the AFL Grand Final with a client in a wheelchair. All the staff were fantastic. Showed us where the lifts were, directed us to the correct trains and made the whole experience a lot less stressful than it could have been.

The woman working at the entrance today was the rudest most condescending person I have ever encountered. She was barking orders at us like we were dogs and was very aggressive as we were buying the tickets. Disgraceful if she can't deal with people should GET ANOTHER JOB where she does not have to deal wth people. Transperth should be ashamed of this behaviour. Criminals are literally nicer as they are robbing you. I will be submitting a formal complaint against this BULLY also.
